Arabic lang doesn’t work propably
Is it possible to use this add-on to get the logo of each course to put on the certificate? This way we will have certificates with the logos of each course, or create multiple certificate templates and relate them to each course.
I just purchased the add-on and I can’t install it. It says: Purchase code is wrong. Please enter your valid purchase code.
I managed to install it with another addon code that I had purchased before from you, now how do I remove the texts from the certificate, because I won’t need all of them and I would like to create other information keys, as it is, everything is stuck
How can we modify the source type of the certificates on our own? From Cpanel I can’t find a file to modify the style.
Does the source type indicate an image extension or layout?

Do I have the option to customize certificates by course? Where is the option for certificates within courses enabled or disabled?
Certificates cannot be customized for each course. You can customize this feature as per your requirements.

If I buy a regular license, can I charge users to access the courses or do I have to have an extended license to sell courses?

There are 2 types of licensing for our product. Regular and extended. Regular license can be used in this aspect where you can not charge end user, for example your own project or your own site. Extended license is required where end user can be charged, for example business client project or client’s website.

From what I could see in the DEMO, the plugin generates a single certificate for all courses with differences only in the texts. Which works great for companies that sell courses from multiple authors. However, it would also be great if there was an option at the administration level to let each course have its own personalized certificate. Just a suggestion. I will be acquiring the plugin as soon as possible.

I just bought the add-on.. but I see that the font cannot be changed or that some fields are not completed and do not appear in the certificate. Because according to the purchase the certificate can be personalized but it does not give that option

Hello: Great job there BUT: I need to change de Certificate FONT. Would you please point me on the right way to do it?
