the changes in V3 seem to come at a great time i have 3 pre purchase questions.
1. Demo of V3? or screenshots? 2. In addition to sales will there ever be a rental sale module? my company does both sales and rentals of products. similar to product returns? 3. will you add warehouse order picking, where in the delivery it would print out a shipping label outlining the products and quantities.

I`m having trouble adding itens to a new sale in V3R7 demo admin. Everytime I start typing the product name, it automatically adds the item to the sales list. If i type just “C”, the first product with this code will be added.
Another thing: when I add a new product to a sale, the product cost will be shown automatically with taxes. I know there’s an option in SETTINGS to switch this off, but it doesn’t seem to work…

Hello, If there are more the 1 products found, then it will list them for you to choose however if only 1 product found that will be automatically added to the order. I am sorry as I didn’t understand the 2nd part of the comment. If you disabled the product tax, then column will be hidden on view invoice/quote/purchase. If this is not what you asked, please let me know. Thank you

New bugs on V3R7 (Last Update):
1) I cant change the language to Spanish on System Settings
2) On installation GTM -5 have different options, please for example Bogota, Lima and Quito are the default for GTM -5 in Latin America. You dont need add more options. This is more clear when you do the installation. Verify this on your Windows Clock for example.
3) When you delete a sale, you go to a white page with this info “Sale successfully deleted” but not redirects no the site again, so you need go back on your browser if you need continue working.
4) On the products, if you go to “List Products” you have wrong info for example on the menus says 2 times “Product Cost”, one is “Product Cost” and the Other is “Product Price”.
5) I cant add new “Group Permissions”, for example i see i have added 2 new groups but i cant see on the List, but for example if i add another new i see the number increase on my navigation bar, for example: /system_settings/permissions/5 and then if i create a new one, i will see 7, 8, 9, etc. But i dont see on the List the Groups i create.
6) When i try delete the default group, that comes with the software delete_group/5, i receive an “500 Internal Server Error”
I will try find more bugs, please verify this first.

On the number 5, what i try say is>
First I create a new Permission Group Second I make the permissions and Save And when i try modify it again, i dont see that group permission on the list.
That is the problem.
Please give us, more fastly updates. Its better if you give us like 2 or 3 updates per week, so we can help you with bugs and problems.
If for example need wait 1 week to give you new feedbacks about bugs and problems, maybe the finish product will need more and more time. But if you give us more updated files with fixes we can test it.

You can add customer from nay page, just click the left menu people > add customer If you add from add sales page the customer will be auto selected too. Thank you

The new files have been submitted. The edit product page have the option to edit the quantity/variants/variant quantity but for bulk products no option is available yet and will be added in next submission. You will be notified once the files approved. Thank you

When you say “Yes, Add the option to add/edit product quantity.” that is you will add this option to the V3?
On sales, for example when you click on “List Products”, you will see the list of products perfect, but what about the price the “sale price for every product we have”, for example what i think the Sales or Vendor dont need are “Alert Quantity”. The idea of the Alert i think is for Owners or Admins who can make purshaces, not for sales or vendors. I think you need modify that option and put the Product Price “Sale” on that part.
The mobile version have some problems on the menus too, for example, if i go with a Smartphone like my “Moto G 2014 / Android 5.0.2” using Google Chrome, and if you go to an Sale, you can see the sale perfect but if you continue after the list of the products on that sale, you will see the buttons like Add Payment, etc. With problems.
Another bug i see, is if for example, you login from a computer to an owner account and then you logout, and open an Sales or Vendor Account, and then logout and then you try access again to the owner account you will receive an “500 Internal Server Error”. To verify this i have try it like 4 times. To resolve this problem you need errease the cache of your browser. Please is this very important.
Additional Features Request:
About the Menus, please try to disable/enable the menus we select for specific users, like sales. The idea of this is simplify their panel. They dont need see options they dont have access. I think with this you can give us, a clean interface for sales for example.

This interface is for owners, admins and your staff and so are the reports. I didn’t really get you about the product price and sale.
I will fix the payment buttons.
Are you abled to login with customer as I know this is restricted and the customers/supplier are not allowed to this admin area, they will have separate front end in v3.1

Please give us the option to add, edit products quantity for the owners. I think is a tool very necesary if we make errors on fisical inventary.
Give us an option to change the “Reference Number” to a “Invoice Number”, for example my business have the last invoice was 473 so i like start using the 474 for a new Sale on your software, and then 475, 476, 477, etc.
The QR Code on Products doesnt works, i see on orders works perfect! But in products dont.
Where i can change the produc type? For example if i need remove all or i need add one, where i can do that?

The user guide will be updated to about this. No plan to offer this feature in item but user could be able to do this by editing the table by phpmyamdin.

Hi, While adding new customer, I see Email Address is required. Is there any way I can skip or make it optional. As I am using this software for my offline clients many of them doesn’t want to provide email address.
Also, Can you give an estimate release date of stable version of V3, I am eagerly waiting to use the V3
