I have a small problem in the backend.
While adding a new custom slider, under the SLIDE area (where the slide preview should be) I have a missing image icon instead of the actual slide image.
When I inspect the code the path is wrong, hence the missing image. The path is duplicating the /wp-content/uploads bit of the image path. It looks something like:
[domain]/wp-content/uploads/wp-content/uploads/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/slide1.jpg
Any thoughts on this issue?

I am using this slider on package with a purchased theme. However, the slider is giving me problems now.
If i have 2 or more slider on the same page, inly the first one loads, the sends have the ‘loading’ icon running but not loading at all. Please help.

The problem with the loading is that if the sliders is on different element then it wont load. Only the first one loads. unless its on the same element, please help me resolve this issue.

Hi, I have a pre-purchase question. Can this slider be set to be the full height of the browser window and still respond but also have a header above it and a content block below it? I would like the content block to be hidden by the slider until the page is scrolled down. Is this all possible? Thanks

Fullscreen layout is supported and the slider will automatically fill the full height of the browser window. Regarding the content block, no it is not supported in Master Slider.

Bug: when using the Staff Carousel templates the arrow skins (e.g. Black Round, Metro) etc. are broken. They aren’t correctly displayed. This doesn’t depend on the theme. It always happens.

Did you try a different arrow theme like Black Round? Those aren’t working. The slider works fine, but the arrows skins are broken in some themes.
Here is how to reproduce it: go to your free demo site. Login, select the first slider, change the template to Staff 6 and set the skin to Round 2 Black => the arrow buttons are very ugly and don’t look like with some of the other presets. This is a problem for a lot of the default presets. Selecting a different skin than “Default” looks bad in a lot of presets. This should be fixed!

Current version has a bug rendering it useless. This bug is reported on their support forums on February 25, 2015 at 12:36 am, the developer finally acknowledged the bug on March 3, 2015.

No solution has been given. The next release should have a fix. I do not recommend this plugin at this time.

I have your Master Slider within the Clever Course package – so I don’t have a purchase key specifically from you guys. I’m having an issue with the sliders text formatting not displaying as it should. As an example, if you scroll to the bottom of the page on www.mistysansom.com, you’ll see an unedited demo of the Master Slider. Please help!
Please check the “MasterSlider > setting page” and toggle cache option. Then navigate to slider edit page in admin area and hit “save changes” button again.

You know what would be awesome if you added, and my bad if you have already added it and I didn’t see it, is to have the option to filter the posts by custom fields. To add on to this, be able to use custom fields in the slider and position them individually.

Thanks for your feedback. Well, currently MasterSlider does not have filter base on custom fields, but you have option to display custom fields on slides. For this case, you can use dynamic tags to add the value of custom field to the slide. Fr instance, if the custom field id is “my_custom_field_id”, you can use {{my_custom_field_id}} tag in slide info or layer content as dynamic tag.

Sorry for the late reply. I ended up just using short codes through the text boxes. One other question, when I add a url it turns the link grey, and I’ve tried editing this through CSS, would this be through the plugin or my theme? The only reason I ask, is because my theme is supposed to turn the links orange. I am also providing these links through dynamic shortcodes, so it may not be your plugin. Thanks for responding to my previous questions.
