I just bought a new license but noticed too late that version 3.7.12 is vulnerable.

Once the license is activated, you can't deactivate it. Will say: you set it up in a test environent, can't deactivate the license to get it run on the production server. Alle docs listet are bogus or lead straight into Nirvana. No help, no assistance, just a giant rip-off. Be warned!

Many times we followed up regarding "how to download the templates for slider yet after the initial email there was no response from the customer support. I wish i could get a refund.

Leider funktioniert es mit der Responsibilität bei den Schriften überhaupt nicht, in der Vorschau wird etwas völlig anderes angezeigt, als auf der Website, die Schriften in der Mobilversion werden nicht sauber skaliert. Und das schon bei den fertigen Vorlagen, ohne jede Änderung, leider nicht zu gebrauchen, Geld verschenkt . Ich musste es nach vielen Versuchen aufgeben und in den Papierkorb schmeissen.

LocalVideo lacks features and does not explain them intentionally.

LocalVideo does not have volume control or a seek bar.
MasterSlider does not support those features that come standard with WordPress, but this is not explained at all prior to purchase.
The paid version advertises that you can use LocalVideo as well as Youtube and Vimeo, but they intentionally hide the lack of these features.

You should not buy it.
Use another slider or gallery plugin.

You can make an easy slider in no time - and you can also make a complex animated design... many possibilities for you willing to walk that extra mile.

I purchased this plugin and it will not update. An update is necessary because of a security flaw in the previous version. Auto Update dies not work, manual update does not work, clicking on any links in the plugin to get the update or get to the developer website does not work. TOTAL POS. The download in my code canyon account is the old version. My purchase said it included future updates. Guess what? IT DOES NOT! I will not pay you crooked developers for your product. Honor your update policy. I'm not paying for support to resolve this. This is total BS.

Overall a good slider, better than the others available for wordpress.

BUT

The "premium support" sold with the pro version does not respond to a ticket I filed months ago. The slider is neither able to load its templates nor are there any auto-updates. It just shows an error message "[ cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: v4.masterslider.com ]".

Support non existent. If you don't have any question this product may works for you but nothing special. better plugins is around.

Pro Slides not available. Usability not clear. Not better than any other slider, which is disappointing.
