Hi – I just submitted a refund request but I really want to keep the product. I can cancel the request and will try to do so.

I followed the instructions and wasn’t able to have the plugin effectively link up with my Google Apps for Business (company email) calendar. It appears to be connected but it doesn’t seem to show my blocked out times on the front end and back end. Can you assist? Thanks!

Oops – refund already went through – but it’s just a credit. I will buy back – just want to know if you can go into our wp-admin and check the connection with Google Apps for the calendar sync. Thanks!

I need to book service appointments that have two dates: a pick up date and a drop off date. Can I do that?

It seems that you are missing php_curl extension which is required by Stripe. If you are not going to use Stripe you can edit frontend/modules/stripe/AB_StripeController.php and comment out line 4.

I am having a problem with appointment notifications. In all of my test appointments I am not getting the initial appointment booking notification, but I am getting the notification the day prior to the appointment. I set up the PHP script on Cron and YES the check box for the booking notification is checked and I have also checked my spam folder ;) Any thoughts on why I am not getting them?

I would like to be able to have a variable price. For instance, I have a dance instructor that has private lessons and we charge $75 per couple for 1 hour, but if another person wants to join in on that same time it’s only $10 extra. So, I wanted to be able to add $10 per person for each lesson. Is that possible?

Pre-Buy Question:

My client that wants to use this plugin is a dental company. They originally had one website for all of their (3) locations, but now they have bought (3) different domain’s for each location.

Your license says it can only be used for (1) client. Which technically it will be, but I’m wondering if the license will work on more than (1) domain/website, but for the same client.

I’m in the process of setting up Bookly, and I’m working on adding new services. The page is really glitchy, though, and often when I click Add Service, nothing happens. If I then try to click away to another Bookly setting, like Payments or Calendar to see if it will respond, I get a Chrome error page saying “no data received.” After a few minutes, it will finally load the proper page, but this isn’t a feasible way to go about using the software, as it takes forever to get anything done. Is there anything that I need to change on my end to make this run better? (I’m using the most current version of WordPress, hosting with GoDaddy.)

Unfortunately, there is no option to remove timesolts from the Booking form as it is the basis on which booking system works. Therefore, you may set up working schedule and service length, so there will be only one timeslot per day.

Great, thank you—that solution worked wonderfully! I know other people have asked this, but is there an option to hide the days of the week check boxes on the first booking screen? I feel like it will be confusing to my clients to have to pick a specific date and then choose a day as well, so I would really like to be able to remove that option. Thank you so much!

Services adding is not working. I have new instalation of WordPress, your last update, all other plugins are OFF.

In Service i try add new service. It´s working with category only but no color selection or other functions. If i use “Add Service” – nothing hapened.

I have upgraded to the most current version which according to documentation is suppose to be v4.3. But according to the plugin in WP plugin list (after update) it says v4.2? Is this a typo on your end in the main.php page? Or is this actually v4.3?

So the issue is not the PHP and I checked all of the requirements before I bought this plugin.

So I need to get this resolved as all of the requirements are met.

I sent a screenshot of the PHP 5.4.37 and I double checked with the hosting company. So this should be working.

Ok, I am getting it taken care of. People, double check with your hosting provider. Mine swore up and down that it was on a certain PHP and when it came down to it it was not. I was sitting here thinking there was something wrong with the plugin and it was basically my hosting company lying to me. Sorry for the confusion to the author. Great plugin. worked great.

I see that in version 3.0 it says “Added support for multiple bookings”. How do you access this feature?

With multiple bookings it is possible to set up services which can be booked by several customers at the same time. E.g. if the service is intended to a group of people, like lessons in a class or group rafting. There is setting Capacity for this.

With capacity you specify how many people can book the service at the same time. With capacity set to 1 the plugin will work as previously.

Pre-sale questions:

  • I saw in a few previous comments, asking about bank transfer possibility but I haven’t seen this available yet. Are you planning to add this option or is it possible for me to create other payment options from the backoffice? I couldn’t find how.

This is really important for us, since bank transfer is the most common payment option here. Another option would be when choosing local payment to display custom messages for users, for instance with bank transfer details.

  • Are all local payments bookings automatically confirmed? Can I cancel them manually afterwards?
  • How does your plugin integrates with WPML?
