Hi

Is it possible to create this rule?

35% Off applied to specific category products,

30% Off applied to specific category products,

when

1. The user role is X

2. The total in cart is at least Y

Hi. Both the rules can be created but under the 1st condition (The user role is X) only. “The total in cart is at least Y” is cart based condition and cart discount rules will discount all the contents of the cart together.

Hi There,

We have a presales question:

Is there a way to have product groups and apply special bulk discounts per group?

Example: Group 1: 10 x Product 1 20 x Product 2 20 x Product 3 Summ Group 1 = 50 Products qualifying for 20% Discount

Group 2: 10 x Product 4 10 x Product 5 10 x Product 6 Summ Group 1 = 30 Products qualifying for 10% Discount

Is this possible with your plugin?

Many Thank, TF

Hi There,

Thanks for your response. I am not sure if I understand you correctly. As you can see im my description the quantity is variable?!

What can we do to clarify?

Thanks

It works perfectly!

Glad to know that the plugin is working fine for you. Feel free to get back to me should you need further assistance.

Can we have a rule like this:

if i buy 10 items of product A and 1 item of product B ->then apply discount of 10% only on product A and not product B.

Basically what i need is for specific product if the qty is more then 3 then apply a discount only for that item whose qty is more then 3.

Is that possible ?

Thanks

I checked with your demo, but there is no option i can see which can apply discount only on product A.

If i add product a and product b with qty as 10 and 1 , discount will not apply on product a only, is my assumption correct ?

Hi. If i understand this correctly, you want to discount the product price by 10% for specific products when more than three units of them are purchased.

If that is correct, then this screenshot should help you out: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0974gox217

Can I set on max quantity field unlimited number, or somehow to be undefined.

Because I set from 10 to 29 to be 20% discount and wish to set above 30+ quantity to be 30%, whatever quantity above 30 to be 30%, is that possible?

Is it possible to disable coupon codes when discount from the plugin is available?

Hi,

1. Please use * as the max value in the last row for this.

2. No, it is not possible.

Thanks!

Hi there,

One issue— I am not able to “target individual variations”; which is imperative for the way the site is setup.

For example, while I want to provide the discount to one variation of a product in a category, I absolutely cannot provide the discount on the other variation. Is there a way to achieve this with this plugin?

If not, is there a way I can be refunded the cost of this plugin?

Your help on this is much appreciated, Cheers!

Hi. You can’t target variations of a product in discount rules as of now.

Also, refunds are processed by Envato staff, we have no control over this. You may find the following article helpful: http://support.envato.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/256/55/can-i-get-a-refund-for-an-item-i-have-purchased

Hi,

I have a minimum order quantity set for all my products which is 6 pcs. I have setup a discount tier 6-11 pcs 12-17 pcs 18+ pcs

However the product page QTY discounts tables shows one more column by default.

1-5 pcs = discount $0

As i do not sell up to 5pcs caps. I do not want to show this in the table. Although i want it to be included in the calculation on the cart qty totals.

Can you tell me how to hide the 1-5pcs ?

Hi. The plugin completes the pricing range automatically and it is not possible to hide them as of now. We will be adding more control to this feature in the coming versions of the plugin.

Apologies if this has already been asked – I really don’t fancy scrolling through 550 comments! With this plugin, would it be possible to set all products that are priced £15.99 – £19.99 to be part of a ‘Get 2 for £30’ special offer? Many thanks

Yes, this is possible.

Great – thanks!

Is it possible to add a discount for a single bought product? And is this discount displayed on overview pages?

Hi.

1. Yes

2. By overview pages, if you mean single product page, then yes, it is possible. But only when Quantity pricing method is used.

Hi, my client wants to give discount for their repeat customers. Say after their spending reaches certain amount (with or without time limitation), they will get a code for a special price for the next buy. can your plugin deliver this task? Thanks

Hi. This is possible. Although, the plugin does not provide coupon codes to apply discounts and they are calculated automatically based on the rules created. I would request you to have a look at the product demo to check whether it suits your needs.

Hi can I do min / max quantities with this? So for example if I want the customer to buy Product A in quantities of 10 only?

Hi. This is not possible with our plugin. You have to use another plugin like this one.

Hello,

Your plugin doesn’t work on our site!

I already submitted a ticket #17786 . Can you please check?

Thanks

Hi. Just replied to your support ticket.

I’m setting up your plugin for a customer of yours, and I’m having trouble setting up pricing tiers. We have a product that is $8 retail, and we want to mark it as $4 wholesale for single units. We want to then add also volume wholesale tiers, so if they buy:

2-4 : $3.90 each 5-10: $3.50 each 10-20: $3.30 each

The problem with the way the chart appears, I can’t leave an open ended top pricing tier, such as :

20+: $3.20 each

Its forcing me to populate the min and max for each tier, otherwise the table won’t display.

When I fill the tiers I have populated, the pricing shows up as:

1-4 : $3.90 each 5-10: $3.50 each 10-20: $3.30 each 20+: $8

The pricing for the highest quantity tier (20+), reverts back to the retail/base price for the product, which clearly doesn’t make sense. Is there some way that I can define the highest pricing tier, leaving it open – so 20 or more pieces, would be $3.20?

Hopefully that makes sense, thanks for your help!

Hi. Just add the max value in the last row as * and it will work as expected.

Last Row:

Min Quantity: 21 | Max Quantity: * | Fixed Price | $3.20

Is this plugin compatible with aelia currency switcher, because we use it to convert prices in different currencies?

Hi. If you are using a currency switcher, you can configure discount rules based on percentages, since they will remain uniform for all currencies. By default, the plugin can work for one currency only.

Percentage discount for bulk orders is exactly what I need, so you confirm that it should wok?!

Yes, it should work using percentage discounts.

Hello,

I’m not sure if I already got the answer but I hit you with one question to be absolute sure. :)

I am using Woocommerce extra product options.

Lets say I have product X. With extra options I get individual rows in cart like X+a, X+b and X+c. They have their own quantity options in cart and might have different price.

Can I make a rule discounting any kind of X products, like 2nd to 4th -10% and from 5th 20%? And can I make a rule to apply discount to the cheapest ones?

http://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-extra-product-options/full_screen_preview/7908619

Here is the situation. There’s this t-shirt that is like product X. You can make different t-shirts. In cart they are different products and on their own rows.

Thanks! :)

Global product option -> Happy ninja

The plugin author has mentioned our plugin as compatible on the product page. It should work well together.

I’m having fun learning new ways to use the discount rules and I like the qty discount table, however – is it possible to position the table under my main product image? Is this a zone that can be added to the list of placement options in the table settings or can it be done with a short code, etc?

Thank you!

I did some searching here and read that a lot of your customers are asking for the same thing as I am – for a shortcode to display the table where we need it.

There is also a fundamental problem with the “discount” field label at checkout. We can only set one global string for what to call all discounts we define in your plugin. How about letting us define a discount label string for EACH pricing rule we create and if we don’t define one then the global string is used? This makes more sense from a customer and store owner perspective.

Thank you!

Hi there,

Currently pricing table is displayed via one of the action/filter hooks that are available on the product page. There are few. You can add any hook to your own template, of course, e.g. “my_custom_hook”. To display a pricing table there, you need to add a few lines of code somewhere on your site (custom plugin, theme’s functions.php file etc):

$wcdpd = RP_WCDPD::get_instance();
add_action('my_custom_hook', array($wcdpd, 'product_page_pricing_table'));

(have not tested it but something like this should work)

Your suggestion to make this available in a form of a shortcode is brilliant. We will definitely add this future in the next major release.

Hello

Can you tell me if it is possible to change the text for Cart Discounts. The discounts is applying ok, however, the coupon code in the cart just says ‘Coupon: discount’. Can you let me know what I can do to change this text?

Thanks!

Hi. You can change this text from the field “Cart discount title” under Settings tab in plugin settings.

Hello, please tell me whether it is possible for the first registration of the user to add him a discount once. THAT is, he was registered and the discount is valid only on the first order. After this discount is automatically cancelled?

Hi. This is not possible with our plugin, you will have to cancel the rule manually.

Not to seem dim, but I’m in a mad rush to roll out a promotion for my client and I need to know with absolute certainty that this plugin will do exactly what they want.

My client is having a Buy One Get One 50% Off sale for all of February. They only have three products, and the structure to get this deal is buy one item and you get the next item of the same or lesser value at 50% discount. This would not extend to the entire cart. What I mean is, if the customer buys one item, they get ONE item at 50% off. When they add a third item to their cart, then their fourth item of same or lesser value would be priced at 50% off.

How do I set up a sale like this using your plugin?

Help!

P.S. If you reply, please send it to my email because I didn’t check the box to get notifications of replies from here. Please shoot me an email at this address – ray[at]armitchell.com

Hi. I have just sent you a reply on your email through our support desk.

Hi, is this plugin compatible with woocommerce photography?

Hi. We have not tested our plugin with this add-on but since it does not interfere with our plugin’s functions, it seems that it should work fine. Although, in the case that it does not work, you can get in touch with us and we will be happy to assist you in fixing it.

Please let me know if I can do this with this plugin before I make the decision.

Thank you!
