I found the solution. You have to added the license for auto updates or download and install the latest version of this plugin. #Solution
BUG REPORT:
When edit the page on frontned, then save the page, the page or post title will be changed to others.
Using:
1). Added a loop VIA WP_Query to get a list. (Orderby: Date, Order: DESC)
Ex:
a). Title one
b). Title two
c). Title three
2). Edit the page in frontend, then the page title has been changed to “Title three”.

Could it be, that Visual Composer has problems with WP 4.1? No chance to drag and drop elements.
Hi, you need to update up to the latest version – currently 4.3.5 which was released to be compatible with Wp 4.1. If you received VC within a theme you do not have direct update option, in such case you should: 1) either ask your theme author to update VC on their side and push it to you 2) or consider purchasing direct license.

I have both purchased VC and at present is working with it in a theme I bought from Envato that came with VC.
I am wondering how to use VC to add an icon next to the page title in a navigation bar?

Each title is an actual page under ” shortcodes ” in the navbar
and each page has an icon, those page icons in the navbar are what I need.

When I create a page with VC, and add the TITLE ELEMENT from VC into the page, I have no idea where to add the icon.
Hi, it seems that this is some custom element added by your theme author or some 3rd party add-on for VC. I would recommend to talk to your theme author to get assistance as he/she should have more information about his/her custom elements.

and by the way just in case anyone with any theme with icons in it’s menu’s, I’ve figured it out…...
In Appearance / Menus
make sure that under ” Screen Options”
you have ” Description ” checked.
Then on the menu items in the description area if your theme comes with icons you can use
[icon icon=”leaf” size=”xs”]
where ” leaf ” is the name of the icon you want.
Just change the name of the icon to match those that came with your theme.
[icon icon=”globe” size=”xs”]
[icon icon=”heart” size=”xs”]

anyone else has a theme that comes with VC, as well as with an icon set and is looking for the same answer, its not VC it’s your theme.

Hi, if you received VC within a theme there is no option to get direct updates and set auto-update. In order for you to update there are 2 options: 1) ask your theme author to update VC on their side and push it to you 2) or consider purchasing direct license.

The idea to use a drag-and-drop deign helper for quick and easy layouts is quite appealing, but depending on the templates you’re using the results may not be satifactory. I am using “Magazine” from MH-Themes and cannot get two text blocks align side-by-side on a 940px layout. Even if I extend the available space to 1300px I am not getting the text blocks aligned side by side. I am not even talking about sophysticated layouts – just simple, side by side ones. Besides, now I can’t even activate my license – it says “something went wrong – try again later”
It’d be really awesome if we could get this working with Yoast SEO, even in a limited capacity (allowing Yoast to crawl the page for text-modules, images, etc.) – Right now if I use Visual Composer on any page, Yoast doesn’t recognize pretty much anything inside a VC module, which freaks my clients out when a bad grade it reported.
I know that you guys are working on this based on a forum post from a month ago, but I just wanted to echo the request. Thanks!

I’m using the AirSlice theme I purchased on Themeforest … and it utilizes the Visual Composer Page Builder.
The Page Builder causes crashes and glitches while trying to move elements around in rows. (aka drag and drop issues)
I’m on WP 4.1 and 4.3.4 of WP Bakery Visual Composer.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
FYI – I downgraded the Wordpress installation to 3.9.2 and now the drag and drop works just fine.

Well I’m going to try this again – been more than a week I’ve been trying to get a reply from you. Why are you ignoring me? Not very impressed. Here is the ticket number included with the emails from WP Bakery – #9013 – it was regarding when using the VC post grid on a page it causes a 15sec delay in page loading. If its removed the page loads fine again at 3-4sec. Please respond to the support email discussion as that is where the information is on this problem with VC.

Hello, i developed a site on my PC (localhost) when i migrated it none of the links work. They continue to point to local host. I have checked wp_options in phpmydamin on the server and the new url is correct, but the links within the theme (created by VC) continue to point to local host! I have tried this also http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL but no luck! I used backupbuddy to migrate the site and have used it in the past outside of VC and all has worked so i am assuming it must be VC or Ultimate VC Addons. I have read about the images needing to be relative and as the links are associated with the image, would that be the problem perhaps?
Hi, I can not comment bsackupbuddy as I am not familiar with it, but you should check how it transfers URL and path. In normal case there should be no problem and also we only received few complains before about it which all was related to no migration plugin used at all or relying on plugin which does not parse URL and path well.

Hi is there a way to achieve this background effect?

Is this possible with VC – if so how?

Hi, you can add background colors to columns within row and it will fill everything like that. Then you can play around with Design Options margins and padding to polish everything. Also in next release we will allow stretch row full width even if theme does not allow it (except when using overflow: hidden). Next release coming out within days.

Under post editor VC > column setting > Width & Responsiveness – Responsiveness ; The is no setting for portrait view on Tablet. I guess this is the default cos it says “Default value from width attribute”. But i have 3 column with responsive widgets inside this row, and the site is messy on this particular view. I just want to float them on a separate row in portrait view for Tablet. how can i do this?
Hi, in terms of responsiveness settings we rely on Bootstrap principles. We have included all options offered by Bootstrap currently and once there will be something new with the sizes we will adapt to it.

Hi, I see there few big images used in parallax function, so I assume that both – image size and parallax affects it. In default version of VC we do not have parallax function – it seems you are using some add-on – maybe you could discuss it with add-on author.

I heard that you guys and the team that created the “LayerSlider” plugin agreed to come up with a fix for the conflict they had with each other. However, I have updated versions of both and noted that saving VC templates does not work when both plugins are activated. Only if layerslider is deactivated can I save templates. I’m using the version of VC that comes with the WPLMS theme. Any advice/fixes?

Hello,
I have the wordpress theme Salient which uses Visual Composer and Im having an issue with the Wordpress Tiled Mosaic Galleries.
They worked correctly when adding one to a section using the shortcodes supplied with the theme. Now that the page has been covered to the visual editor, when I add a gallery (via a text box) it is not utilizing the width of the column and appears to the left and not centered.
It looks like an issue with the gallery not knowing the actual width size it needs to be.

Hi, Tiled Mosaic Galleries is not listed in default element list of Visual Composer, so it may be added by your theme author. I would recommend to talk over this with the theme author so he/she can assist you, as he/she should have more information about this element.

I have an issue with uploading images when the Visual Composer plugin is activated. Essentially I get ‘HTTP Error.’ when I try to upload wide images (2000px wide works, 4000px wide doesnt). I disabled all my plugins and then activated them one by one and the ones that cause the issue are Visual Composer and Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer. They came bundled with the theme I bought – the7 – so I don’t have an individual purchase code to access your support portal.
Hi, media upload is handled by WordPress and we do not get involved into this process in any way. Could you please provide exact error message you get.

And it also works when I disable Visual Composer.

If you got VC within a theme there is no option to use official support – in such case you should first ask your theme author for assistance and if he/she is not able to help – he/she can open support ticket for you.

Not happy one bit! I installed X Theme which is working really nicely, but purchased Visual Composer as the version of VC that comes with X is really crap.
Low and behold, I install the purchased version of VC onto my site and surprise surprise, still crap. I don’t have the option to use frontend editor which is the sole reason why I purchased it. Backend editor doesn’t even look remotely like the way the pages look. I am getting really pissed off about this now because I’ve spent all day trying to work out what’s going wrong. Pleas help
Hi, it seems X theme overwrites some features of VC, like disabling Frontend editor. I would recommend to talk to X theme author on how to get rid of their inbuilt version of VC and all it’s features so you will have only default VC installed.
