Hi guys, I had another look today and I have a cool suggestion, when we do estimates, sometimes we need to add details about some items of the estimate. For example, think about one item that says: 3D model of the watch model ABC123. In the detail maybe we will say: it will be in STL format for 3D printed and we will do 3 revisions for changes. Later we add another item, with a different description. I mean, sometimes people need to write details of some items, so the customer has a clear idea of the work. Can this be implemented?
Also, to all of the people who is waiting, will be helpful if you write a coming soon features list. So we all have an idea of the coming features. That will be amazing. Or at least of the features that you are currently working on.

Hey! Another idea. Take note of that! Depending on the country, and the company sometimes is needed to add another kind of taxes. So instead of bothering you with that taxes, wouldn’t be awesome if you add a user friendly logic? So, you ask for a “Name” and ”% Amount” in that way, you solve two things, extras (late payment, discounts, and everything people can imagine) does that make sense?
Tax / vat percentage is already editable during invoice creation. So it can be customized for country wise. Not sure, what you are talking about name and percent amount.
I know. But think about if I don’t need only VAT percentage. Maybe I need VAT plus IRPF. Or I want to add a extra charge of 10% of total. Or I want to add a discount in a project. So what I mean is, to make this easier and to be able to use any percentage, it will be nice to have a form to write whatever you want and to add whatever percentage you want. In positive (extra 20% for example) or in negative (10% discount). Do you understand now? Thanks.
Great work, I personally think it’s worth a lot more than what you’re selling it for and after the updates I would put the price up. It’s beautiful and clear and almost everything I would need. I will buy it when the new features are released. I would like to request a feature if possible.
Subscriptions – So we can charge a customer with a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, quarterly etc automatic payments. For example web design, setup a supscription for $50/month, or any other work. It would be a great feature for many users. It’s a great script, I have found the odd bug though.

Hi, thanks for your kind message. It is a standalone software, so it won’t be compatible with wordpress login. Social logins will be required custom development coding to implement, but that’s a good idea too. You can use it in your subdomain, so no problem. Thanks for understanding.

First of all, I would like to tell you that this probably is the most perfect piece of software for project management that is easy to use and understand for all the user roles like admin, staff and clients. It cuts down the unnecessary features and focuses on the most important ones. A great job indeed!
Going through your comments, I notice that you have planned for an update for the application. Before I go ahead with the purchase, I would like to know the ETA of the new version and what all features to expect from it. I understand it may be difficult for you to mention any ETA but this will help me zero-in on a defined timeframe so as to start implementing this application in production mode for my office.
Also, I noticed a small bug in the demo :- Throughout the application, wherever there is a modal lightbox pop-up which has forms, files, buttons, etc. the window scroll function is freezed. You can no longer scroll up/down the window untill and unless the modal lightbox is closed. How is this going to be resolved?

A modal box shortens the usage of extra page browsing, which is time saving and easier user experience. So you no need to use the scroller of the background page during modal page opened. Just one thing before I go ahead with the purchase; The modal popup window that opens up when adding new values like adding a new staff member, the save button goes below the screen of my 18.5’ laptop (1366×768) I have to minimize the browser window size in order to be able to see the save button. It works great on larger screens. Is there any fix for this?

Hi there nice script, I am looking to use it to manage our company leads, could I ask?
1 – Can I change name fields on Account Creation Form / Project Form 2 – Can I add field types to those forms such as populated drop down fields? 3 – I need to add lots of reports on leads entered, status of leads, costs of leads, staff leads etc, is this all configurable with your script?

Yes, you can easily change the “project” word to another, because every word is a custom phrase here. From the language settings menu, you can change the correspondant phrase of “project”, as well as any phrase. Document / file is attached with every project separately. Hi! Excellent system! This script is awesome and very useful. I have few bugs, notes and ‘nice to have’s for you.
1. Staff is not able to create tickets.
2. Staff can send messages only to Mr.Admin in select user field (recipient)
3. Nice to have versions of documents uploaded in the project
4. Nice to have tick for completed project and the ability to filter view of all project by All/Not completed/Completed. Also filtering by client
5. Staff is not able to use notes feature
6. When creating tickets we should be able to upload files too
7. Nice to have auto assigning the tickets to staffs based on client.
8. Nice to have a choice which emails should receive clients/ staff (what kind of issue – new project/ticket, change in project/ticket, completed project/ticket, new discussion/new task etc.)
9. Provide admin abilities to staff user.

I am about to buy this but have couple of question, would be great if you can get back on the same..
- I see in your comments that there is an option to change logo and name, but is it possible to change full theme color? like instead of dark grey I want light grey color, want to change the fonts.. so possible?
- I dont see any option to add To-Do list and then assign those small task to internal staff.. Like if I have to only create a small task to update the Mobile number in contact us page for one site, I will have to create full Project and then assign it to developer and then add various other details. which I am not sure is possible.. So how this can be tackled?
- I have 6 in-house projects/products and some 21 clients but the staff is same 15 people, I want to install this for different projects on different URLs, is it possible to do so as in the documentation it says I will have to activate it and that means for all different URL, I will have to buy a fresh one? I am also ok in doing this with a sub-domain, but you will have to tell me how?
- The Indian currency problem is already answered in previous question, though have one question regarding invoice, what if I have to add third party vendor cost in the same, like an outward cost for buying the domain name or SSL layer cost for any specific project and then also that should appear in pending invoices to me… how is it possible?
- About Updates, have very tricky question.. once we buy the product and customize the logo etc. and then you guys introduces new updates.. how that package upgrade would work? because replacing files would zero all the editing and logics that we would customize the script to.. Will it be updates in some specific file? how will it work?
- What about adding indian payment gateways option too? like PayU.in, CC Avenue, PayTM.com, etc. because my client would pay in Indian currency only and that is must..
- The CRM word added in the name is good but it doesn’t really have the M for Management of customers in the module, like sending offers / wishes / greetings etc. to Customers is not there which is very important apart from sending them Project and Invoice updates.. isn’t it?
- Last question, can this also act as Zendesk or Olark independently? like if I have to get the tickets from users or chat with them like olark would it be possible to do that?

Hi, thanks for your inspirational feedback and so deep analysis on our software. We really appreciate. Here is our follow up on your points:
- Theme color, css, fonts etc can be changed, and we have plans to bring more themes in future updates.
- There is a note section for keeping to-do lists. If you want to assign small tasks to a particular staff. You can send him/her private message and continue discussion over that thread on those small tasks. It’s easy!
- You can integrate and manage all your projects in one software. Why to use separate for all of them! Definitely we will help you on how to setup them if you use.
- Project costing is a good idea. So it will need an expense module for overall system or project specific. We are taking note of this.
- Regarding updates, we will provide instruction version wise, how to update only specific files/folder/database. So important changes made previously can be preserved.
- Indian payment gateways can be integrated, if they have specific developer api. That would need custom extra coding.
- Regarding considering as a crm, we are providing lot’s of communication ways for managing relation with customers. We also have some better options in our plan for future updates in aspect of customer management. Though we are taking notes of this point
- It will work as an standalone application as like you mentioned.
