Hi, i have a problem with system language. When i choose a language (german), the language changes. But when i logout and login again, the language resets back to english. But in the system settings is german still selected. How can i fix that? I made it exactly as it says in the description.

Hi, you are correct regarding the language changing option. We are working on it for giving it a quick fix in the next version update very soon.

yes, there may be a module for client form submission regarding project. already in the existing version, client can send messages to admin. Project fields can be customized as you needed. Same for overview image.

Hello, I have some questions before I buy that, I love it.
1. Is it possible to send the emails via email to the customer in the same invoice view? I mean, now we ahve a button to print it, will it be possible to add a button to send it? Also, is it possible to send invoice reminders? Some custoemers forgot to pay, so it would be cool to send an email saying, hey, that’s the invoice you still need to pay. All of that emails should be templates so it’s easy to change the text.
2. When the admin add a project, or a task to any collaborator, does the colaborator receive a email with a summary of what he has to do and notifying that he have work to do?
3. Inside a project, now we can add tasks, that tasks are useless if they don’t have a description, ie: “Design new login screen for the app” Ok, how should it be? So a little description per task and image references should be awesome.
4. Send emails using SMTP server settings. Is that possible? The system and server will think that the email is sent by a human and will have more reliable delivery.
5. Localization. Some people work with people arround the world. It would be nice to have different language per user, For example, admin will have the inferface in Spanish, Staff n1 in German, and n2 in chineese,
I always love to improve the work of other people and I’ll always provide good ideas. I mean, this is just to make a unique product in the whole codecanyon store. I hope that makes sense and you implenent it fast.

Hi darktiger, here is our observation on your points :
1. Yes, that can be possible to send invoice via email, we have that in update plan. It’s an useful idea.
2. During adding a project, client will be notified, but admin can notify to staff by sending message, but your suggestion is a good one too.
3. This is a good idea too to add task description / image along. we are taking note of this.
4. Email custom SMTP can be sent by configuring the email module of the php script, but giving it a option in admin panel, we need to think of that and need more research on it.
5. Person wise localisation can be done. As we have already provided 15 popular languages, and more are in our update plan, so it won’t be a big task to make them user specific.

The Project Tool looks very good. I wonder if you plan to add more functionality in the future. For example the task manager. - Will it be possible to assign tasks to team members and write a bit more information to a task? And time tracking. - At the moment it is only possible to do it live. Will it be possible to enter the work time manually and edit the data later?

Task assignment to team member wise is a good point, we are taking note of that. Regarding time tracking, you can tell more detail how will it be looking.
@time tracking manually: It would be a nice function, as sometimes it is possible to forget to start or stop the timer or have no chance to do so. E.g. when out of the office for a meeting or so. Easiest way would be a small box where you can enter the time you want to add to the total time in hours and minutes. Maybe with the buttons ”+” and ”-”. So also possible to reduce the total time (when you forgot to stop the timer).
Best would be, if the time could be tracked for every single task. So it would be possible to see what task needed what time to be done. Easier to control the project time and budget and also to explain the customer the total time after the project is finished. Only some inspirations for future development.
