Hi,
My numbers are a blurred at the beginning of the counting, you have any idea why this is so? http://goo.gl/S6kScIThanks, Chris
Hi Chris,
I see the issue, but unfortunately I can’t help you much as it’s outside the scope of support.
It must be an issue either with the font either with
-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;
-moz-osx-font-smoothing: grayscale;
Make sure you have included the bold style for the font you are using.
Thanks!
Hey there,
How can i get commas between the numbers? For example I have a number like this 145000000 and want to display it like this 1.450.000.000
How can I achieve this ?
Thanks
Send me a PM via my profile, I can send you update with this feature on your mail
Thanks!
Hi My name is Marco. I’m writing from Italy. Sorry for my poor english. Your plugin is wonferful! Thank you so much!
I’ve just a question: I’d like to put a progress bar on my home page, but the template I’m using doesn’t allow me to put directly something on the homepage except for HTML text (no shortcode).
I’m stuck! I don’t know how to do this. If I copy and paste the generated HTML code from a simple page where I’ve put the progress bar shortcodes, the animation is disabled (of course!)
Any idea? This is the template I’m using! (from envato) http://themeforest.net/item/inspire-a-multipurpose-masonry-theme/full_screen_preview/4023580As I said, I can put HTML code in various position (for example below the slider) but shortcodes don’t work! If you can suggest me just where to search for a solution, I would be hugely grateful!
Thank you so much
Hi Marco
This does not work ?
<div class="dzs-progress-bar auto-init" style="width:100%;height:auto;margin-top:0px;margin-left:0px;margin-right:0px;margin-bottom:0px;" data-animprops="{"animation_time":"2000","maxperc":"76","maxnr":"100","initon":"scroll"}"><div style="position: relative; width: 100%; height: auto; top: 5px; left: 0px; right: auto; bottom: auto; margin: 0px; background-color: transparent; color: rgb(71, 30, 0); border-radius: 0px; border: 0px none; opacity: 1; font-size: 15px;" data-animprops="{}" class="progress-bars-item progress-bars-item--text" data-type="text">HTML5</div><div data-animprops="{}" style="position: relative; width: 100%; height: 9px; top: 0px; left: 0px; right: auto; bottom: auto; margin: 15px 0px 0px; background-color: rgb(214, 217, 219); color: rgb(60, 1, 1); border-radius: 0px; border: 0px none; opacity: 1; font-size: 12px;" class="progress-bars-item progress-bars-item--rect" data-type="rect" /><div style="position: absolute; width: 50px; height: auto; top: 5px; right: auto; bottom: auto; margin: 0px 0px 0px -25px; background-color: rgb(17, 17, 17); color: rgb(255, 255, 255); border-radius: 0px; border: 0px none; font-size: 10px;" data-animprops="{"left":"{{perc}}","opacity":"{{perc100-decimal}}"}" class="progress-bars-item progress-bars-item--text padding5 small-arrow-bot" data-type="text"><div style="text-align: center;" data-mce-style="text-align: center;">{{perc}}</div></div><div data-animprops="{"width":"{{perc}}"}" style="position: absolute; height: 10px; top: auto; left: 0px; right: auto; bottom: 0px; margin: 0px; background-color: #55acee; color: rgb(255, 255, 255); border-radius: 0px; border: 0px none; opacity: 1; font-size: 10px;" class="progress-bars-item progress-bars-item--rect" data-type="rect" /></div>
Also in Progress Bars Settings set Always Embed Scripts? to ON
How do you make the fun facts example? I don’t want to waste time guessing. Do you use the the one field to input all the information and space it in the same text box? Also, when I made one number example like the example the text renders spaced out on the page. Also, the icons do not populate either so I need to know how to get the icons. Please advise how to make this work. If you have an email I could send an example of what I’m trying to create that would be great.
Hello
This should do it
<div style="float: left; width: 25%; "> [dzsprogressbar skin="prev3" arg1_perc="100" arg2_maxnr="100"][/dzsprogressbar] </div> <div style="float: left; width: 25%; "> [dzsprogressbar skin="prev3" arg1_perc="100" arg2_maxnr="200"][/dzsprogressbar] </div> <div style="float: left; width: 25%; "> [dzsprogressbar skin="prev3" arg1_perc="100" arg2_maxnr="100"][/dzsprogressbar] </div> <div style="float: left; width: 25%; "> [dzsprogressbar skin="prev3" arg1_perc="100" arg2_maxnr="100"][/dzsprogressbar] </div> <div style="clear:both;"> </div>
( in wordpress text editor )
Show me a link I will look if there are any problems
Ok, thanks. I will try things out a little more and get back to you.
Disregard.
I figured out my problem. It was another plugin that uses shortcode to render an FAQ section and is conflicting with this plugin. I’ll have to figure this out because I like my FAQ plugin.
Aw ok,
Glad you figured it out

You can use it with Visual Composer ( page builder ) or without, no problem
Hello,
I’m interested in purchasing! I am thrilled to finally find a solution that let’s me building a progress circle with my own text in the center.
How can I adjust the circle to only animation to part of the circle, not 100%? I played with the builder. Under the animation tab, which setting do I change to change the percent or degrees of the circle animation?
Thank you!
Hello
The percent at which the circle will load will be decided when you insert the shortcode via the shortcode generator
Specifically the arg1_perc parameter
[dzsprogressbar skin="prev6" arg1_perc="60" arg2_maxnr="100"]
Hello ZoomIt,
i like the plugin, everything is working how it should. Just two questions…
http://i.imgur.com/0AeeoeQ.png?1
1. Is it possible to get the circle edges round?
2. How to set a value with comma and percent?
Regards
Nikita
Hi there,
1. Sorry they can only be straight edges. 2. You can only have whole integers, putting a comma in will cause the progress bar to default to 100.

Dear all,
When I installed this plugin (in addition to the DZS scroller plugin), both plugins do not work anymore. De-activation of either plugin makes the remaining plugin to work but not both.
Any help will be highly appreciated; thanks, jan.
Hello Jan,
Please send an email to digitalzoomstudios@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue.

Dear all, thank you. I did sent you a reply. Thanks.
Hi, I am trying to show a total number of funds raised using just the numbers but it seems to only let me do percentages. In your preview here: http://codecanyon.net/item/zoom-progress-bars-wordpress-plugin/full_screen_preview/8520532
you show the fun facts going beyond 100 can you help me out?
By the way, to give some context. I would like to display a maximum number of $40,000 and each week show how close we are to that number.
Hello communicationscpc,
Thank you for purchasing our product!
The percent doesnt have 100, use the settings below:

Ok, I tried inserting those figures and when I click the “generate” button, nothing happens.
So I tried switching and just generating a random progress bar and… nothing.
Apparently there is a glitch that is forbidding me to insert the progress bar.
Do you have a link that shows tutorials on how you created the demo page. It would be helpful to look at.
Please send your wp-admin address, login and password to digitalzoomstudios@gmail.com and we will diagnose the problem.

I sent it
Are there any tutorials on how to create the demo diagrams? The Preview examples in the Plugin are all with only one circle/rectangle. I don´t understand at all how to handle multiple rectangles, circles etc. in one Skin and how to add Percent and Text for more than one circle/rectangle in the Shortcode Generator in a post.
Hello
Those are simply columns with progress bars inside
Select the text editor and enter
<div style="float:left; width:33%">[dzsprogressbar skin="prev6" arg1_perc="60" arg2_maxnr="100"][/dzsprogressbar]</div><div style="float:left; width:33%">[dzsprogressbar skin="prev6" arg1_perc="60" arg2_maxnr="100"][/dzsprogressbar]</div><div style="float:left; width:33%">[dzsprogressbar skin="prev6" arg1_perc="60" arg2_maxnr="100"][/dzsprogressbar]</div> <div style="clear:both; " />
Hey,
Might be a stupid question, but how do you rename skins?
Ben
Sorry, you cannot at the moment. They can only be renamed in the database.
Hello will this work with inside column shortcodes col-6, if so will it be able to have say 3 in each line? Or does it vertically align?
Hello
Sure, it can go inside shortcodes. And column shortcodes
You can have 2-3-4-5 per row ( depending on your page builder or shortcodes )
Ok Thanks. Is it also possible to highlight one bar with a different colour? In a bar chart
hello
Yes, you can do it directly in the skin editor ( you would need new skin )
or directly in the post via CSS
Hi,
We’ve implement everything but unfortunately while displaying the progress bar, if the percentage is low, then you can barely read the results. Is there a way to make the background color all the boxes the same. This is the page we have it on and you can see that as the additional bars have lower percentages, the background color of the boxes gets lighter.

Hello
You have set the opacity to animate.. if you set the opacity to 1.. it will be fixed to 100%
Hi! Merry Christmas! I have configured the plugin to go to 50% – and a half circle. It show perfect on the editor, but on my page the circle goes round to 100%. What can I do to change this?
Can you show me a link? Thanks
Hello: I am having a similar problem to hugoalberts #3. I am unable to get the progress bar and the box with the % to line up. There is an overhang. See here: http://millennialweek.com/1597-2/. Please help.
Hello,
Just tried to access your site and I get an Expiration Domain Alert.
Can you please make sure you have provided me the correct link?
Thanks!
Hello: This should be the correct link http://millennialweek.com/1597-2/. Please let me know if the page doesnt work
Hello mwdc,
Please access the wp-admin menu and go to Progress Bars -> Progress Bars Settings -> Extra css and add this:
.progress-bars-item.progress-bars-item--textpadding5.small-arrow-bot {
margin-left: -28px!important;
}
Thanks and please don’t forget to rate us – http://codecanyon.net/downloads – 5/5 stars.
I just purchased this plugin, but it doesn’t work. I have added 6 circles next to each other (different sizes), and they look fine in the preview. But when i generate the shortcode, the circles look completely different. The first circle has jumped to the middle of the screen and another circle has gotten +200 px top margin so it’s waaay down on the page… I’ve tried everything, but I can’t work out how to make it work when it doesn’t act as it should according to the code.
Can you show me a link ?
I reinstalled the plugin and I’ve managed to make it work for now. I can’t get the shortcode centered however. Is there anyway to do that?
Cant show you a link since the site I’m making contains private information and is password protected.
Hello LakesideDK,
Please send me the link+password via PM to codecanyon.net/user/ZoomIt
Thanks!
Due to the confidentiality of my clients informations, I cannot allow you access to the page.
I’ve managed to get the visuals working, I just need to know how I can align the shortcode and the contents to the center of the screen (it’s auto-left aligned now).
Hello LakesideDK,
You should make a skin for each circle, should work much better.
As for the centered part, as we’ve said we need to see a link of your setup to proper indicate what you should do.
Thanks!
I prefer to have a single element though.
I’ll have to look at the center-alignment myself then. I cannot grant you access to the site I’m afraid.
And thank you for the support btw!
Thank you! Hope you work it out
I have a question. WHY there is no tutorial on how to add the demo diagrams – for example the Fun facts. The Youtube video in the documentation is NOT enough at all to find how one can add the Fun facts numbers
Hello petbiv,
In the wp-admin, when you access the Progress Bars Builder you will find the Preview Examples where you can see each skin. After that, you can set customize each skin with the Position, Styling and Animation.
We’ll also add a video on creating the Fun Facts Demo.
Thanks!
