optimize your images in the next update please. It may seem small in comparision to everyone elses complaints but SEO is very important to us. We need PAGE LOAD time’s to a minimum.

You can see your images could be optimized greatly. And thats just a few. Please optimize correct and with page load times in mind, no matter how miniscule it seems.

eg: Country If country = Canada then show Canadian Provinces. If Province = Toronto then show TorontoCities dropdown.
2. Are there pre-populated lists like countries, states, etc?

1. Try using the full width template for the page. But it depends whether your theme has this template available.
2. You can try using this shortcode – [userpro template=memberlist memberlist_v2_fields=display_name,phone_number], include comma seperated fields in memberlist_v2_fields

When a user connects through one of the websites, is he still connected when he access to another website of the network?

Yes, it is multisite compatible.
To answer the second part of your question, it does not support single sign on across all sites

1. You can categorize users based on user role. Or you can do this with custom fields. You can add a custom field called “group” and enter the choices that user can select from.
2. Not possible straight out of the box – will need changes.

i have sabai discussion plugin like forum , and when anybody make register or login to put new comment or post , redirect auto wordpress login , i need to auto redirect to userpro to register or login , is it available ?
Do you want to say that, in sabai when anyone wants to post a comment, they should get auto redirect to Userpro registration or login page? For this, check where sabai tries to load login/signup and change it with userpro [userpro template=login]

Gah – having issues and despite best attempts I can’t find anything on the subject.
I just want a Login button on the top of my screen. I don’t want all the account information up there – if they want to login great they push the button. Then, once they DO log in have the button say Hi name
Period – I don’t want the big box with login / create an account / picture profiles.
What do I do for JUST THAT ONE BUTTON?
For “Hi name” You will need to customize your theme’s files for that and use this shortcode -

I have a serious problem with the plugin. After installing it and developing my website I encountered a serious problem. I get this error while trying to login from the front-end of the website using UserPro plugin : Error in jQuery.ajax while submitting a form:Not Found
I deactivated all other plugins from my wordpress except your plugin and still get this problem. Using wordpress 4.0 at the moment.
Can you please help me as soon as you can ? I need to push the website live as soon as possbile. If you need I can give you access to the website, just reply back.

My customer is a photographer and we would like to do the following: – Create an account for each customer after the photoshoot – Give the login / pass to the customer via e-mail / phone – Allow the customer to login and access only his/hers photos on a restricted page that could be for example a gallery page restricted and available to only this user
Would this be possible with your plugin?

With Userpro you can create an account for user and can also set so that no one else can view the profile. For uploading pics specific to user, admin has to edit profile from front end and upload.

When you login on site using facebook, the fb icon will appear on profile page. I checked on your site and it is appearing.

As of now it is possible to use only the fields which are given in Userpro-> Email notifications. Need to modify the code to any other fields.
This plugin doesn’t offer any protection against spammers. The included “antispammer” field doesn’t work. Seriously…using a math equation for a question is outdated, spammers figured out a way around that a while ago. You would think that when developing a login/registration plugin that security against spammers would be a top priority, but for this plugin it wasn’t.
You guys need to pull your heads out and get it right.
Done – Released Version 2.14 with a custom anti-spam question / answer field, that you can add onto registration / login forms

1. Deactivate current theme and plugins. 2. Check that the issue is gone now. 3. Activate your theme/plugins one by one until you find the conflicting item.
