That is totally possible. The API can be used with any CMS that uses PHP. We also have a WP plugin available – not included with the script.

Is it possible define only .org domains to shorten? I want shorten only this type of domains, not any other. Are supported new and pseudo TLDs? Example: .wiki, .i2p

Yes you can do this however it will require a small modification. The new TLDs are supported as well.

There is a plugin system however it is currently not active so you cannot really use it that much. The plugin system is under development and will eventually be available to developers.
This script uses a template system so you can easily modify it then reuse it after an update.

It is possible to do it with both php and .htaccess however the .htaccess method is better because it can be easily edited. I can’t give you the code right now because I am on my phone but you can google it: https://www.google.com/#q=redirect+all+pages+to+https+except+some+page
The problem is I don’t get https://example.com/user/login but example.com/index.php?a=user/login.

No. I was wondering why it redirect to ?a=user/login. That should only happen when you disable mod rewrite feature in the config.php. What code did you use to redirect requests?

The .htaccess looks fine to me. Probably this has something to do with one of core files. Normally it shouldn’t redirect to ?a=user/login. Can you add this as a note in one of your tickets so I can check this along with others stuff when I will have the time?

You can change provide by change the variable on line 46 in Short.class.php from webthumb to pagepeeker: protected $thumb_provider = "webthumb";
You can also use a custom API by replacing the URL placeholder by URL. Example http://somesite.com/?key=12456&type=png&url=@URL@

Please make sure to upload the file .htaccess that comes in the package. If you can’t see that file you will find a named copy in the documentation folder. Upload that as-is then rename it to .htaccess
I did upload the .htaccess file the first time. Didn’t work. After that I uploaded the one in the documentation folder and renamed it after it was uploaded to my VPN. Still didn’t work.

Yes you can domain restrictions. You can add a list of domains that will be prevented from being shortened.
I have already setup the script with Mandrill SMTP but it doesn’t work and sent out email still use phpmailer of the server. Can you help me what cause this?

If you enable SMTP and you still get emails from the server then that means phpmailer wasn’t able to send one using SMTP and it used mail() as a fallback. Make sure you set your info for TLS (secure mails).

I have set my SMTP info as provided by Mandrill on extra setting page using port that support TLS: 25, 587 or 2525. I also ask my hosting support about that port and they said all that ports is open but still an error log: Called Mail() without being connected everytime I test registration with activation email.

In includes/Admin.class.php find private function urls_inactive($clicks='0',$days='30'){ and change the 30 to the number of days to delete urls from.
Any idea when you will add feature: URL EXPIRE TIME …......... ;P

That is actually not a bug. It is intended to be that way. You will need to use more precise keywords to get accurate results. You can change the limit by going into includes/Admin.class.php, find the code below on line 374 and change 30 to the number of urls you want.

I have checked your server and your current PHP version is 5.4.33. Regarding the mentioned domains I have tried all possibilities to solve and it looks like to the PHP version compatibility issue. Upgrading the PHP to a latest version was a major process and you need to make sure that all of your PHP scripts supports the latest version
