While raising the ticket please provide more details like what exactly you want to incorporate with your comments.

Can you send me a screenshot of what you mean ? Basically, there are different versions of plugin available on Code Canyon depending on how you download it. You need to – 1. Navigate to the plugin page e.g. http://codecanyon.net/item/userpro-user-profiles-with-social-login/5958681 2. Click on the message that says “you already own this…download here” 3. This will provide the correct version.

What NOT to do If you go to the “My Downloads” page from within your profile, you get a different version – which is the incorrect older version. So please ALWAYS ensure that you download the latest version via the plugin page.

UserPro does not pull any additional data from LinkedIn. If you want to customize your website and fetch more LinkedIn details , you will need to read up on the LinkedIn API and make changes to your website.

By “different type of registration” , do you mean different user roles ?

If you have used any custom field for creating different groups, then in member directory people can filter other members using that

UserPro does not allow users to upload executable files, so the risk of something like this is minimal

I had to make opening new tickets because the previous were not being resolved correctly.

So, I continue with the problem and I received an email saying you will about 1 week out of the air? So I will be more than two weeks without the plugin work, why could not solve the problem one week ago? Not being correct with the client, because I’m just asking that the plugin works.

Yes, UserPro does not claim to support these older IE versions – you could try and test it for these versions though and see how it goes

Userpro does work with IE8, but there might be some css issue with IE7.

Yes, its possible, userpro is so customizable that you can decide on every field that it should be shown or not.

This cant be done on fly, however we have already integrated facebook,linkedin,google+ and vk.com. We will be releasing our next release with instagram integration and we will also be integrating other social profiles in our futue releases.

Sounds like a very unique requirement ! I am afraid there is no way to implement that using UserPro right now – you will need to do quite a bit of customization.

I can imagine that this can also be used to display a kind or organisational structure/diagram with management layers and employees. Anyway, thanks for your reply.

Yes, this can be done, please follow the below steps,

1) Goto admin panel. 2) Click on fields tab in userpro. 3) Open social fields tab. 4) Remove the social elements that you don’t want to show.

This will definitely solve your issue.

Yes, its compatible with buddypress, userpro provides compatibity setting from admin panel in setting tab.

For bbpress you need to do some changes in bbpress code, you can find more detailed information on this at http://userproplugin.com/userpro/docs/

As of now userpro does not provide support for integrating payment gateways but its in our to do list and will be implemented soon.

You can use other membership plugins like S2 alongside UserPro though
