Hello. Really nice slider, but I can’t figure out something. I have the Staff Carousel Slider #5 installed on my site, just below my header. There is too much white space both above and below the slider. How do I reduce both of these? Thank you.

I purchased Master Slider with the Cardinal theme by Swift Ideas. I´ve got an issue with parallax-slider in IE11, latest version 2.7.2. Ed – developer at Swift Ideas – cannot help me with that issue and asked me to bring this to your attention. Now, I don’t have a purchase code because of the bundle. Can I get support and automatic updates?

Hi…when a preset transition is set on an item, how can you tell which preset it is? When you click “Transition effect” and the “Transition editor” opens up, nothing is highlighted to show which preset is active on the item.

Any workaround to this?

Hi….when using a video, the background doesnt show up if I set the video to autoplay. If I turn that off, the background shows up.

We purchased this slider about 2 weeks ago and have to say it is, legit, the best plugin we’ve ever used. Ever. Moreover, the customer/tech support from Averta was exceptional and, to be honest, couldn’t believe they helped us as much as they did. Terrific experience and highly recommend!

I have a customer who wants background video (all music video) and have the option that the user can mute the sound. He don’t want Vimeo or Youtube because the video has to fill from edge to edge. Is there a way to ad a mute on/off button on the slide?

With the “Slider with Vertical Tabs”, is it possible to have the slide load when someone hovers over the tab, rather than by clicking the tab?

I would like the tab to go to a page when clicked rather than the slide.

Awesome plugin, just a quick question, I can see that I can have mouse-tracked layers (awesome), is it possible to also mouse track (parallax) the background of a slide also, or is that simply not possible.

Does this slider allow you to schedule when slides are shown? We would like to use it for promotions that have hard start times and end times. So we wouldn’t want to manually delete slides and publish new slides every day exactly when they need to go on or off.

Does it do that? Or will it do that in the future?
