The script isn’t working, tried the following already.
- Getting 404 Error - Tried using the .htaccess file provided in the support desk but after using that the script redirects everything to the home page.
- When disabled mod_security the 404 error still existed. - When Added the .htaccess file login and rest of the page were showing the exact same page.
In short, the script isn’t working properly and there is no documentation for troubleshooting.

This issue is definitely caused by mod rewrite. It can happen on some servers but not all due the configuration. If you can please open a ticket at support.gempixel.com and include ftp access we can get this cleared up in no time. This is not an issue with the script but just the server it is on.

No. The payment module is for the premium features. Free users can upgrade and use features that are locked.
We faced one issue in admin we gone to example here http://gempixel.com/short/admin/urls
There are 200 urls and may have 10 pages navigation at bottom
We selected delete all button with the hope that it will delete 20 URL which are on one page but the script deleted the whole 200 URLs in one go .

1. You click the new “Delete All Anonymous URLs” which doing exactly that i.e. delete all URLs shortened by unregistered users. In this case there is a warning.
2. If you used this button then it shouldn’t have deleted all URls unless there is an issue with the server and the POST variable. In this case please contact me so I can check this out.
FYI, I am not experiencing this issue anywhere and no one else has reported this yet.

I Used other one Select All and other button changed to delete all Whole database of URL gone. Hosting is with hostgator I do not use this V4.2 (18/09/2014)

In that case it is weird. Can you please open a ticket and include a temporary admin info so I can check this? To create a temporary admin account go to admin panel > users > create and make sure to choose Admin. Please either email me these info or open a ticket.
