Hi there, I am using 2 colors for the events a the yellow that you see on the screen (i think) a the blue green in the screenshot.

I tried to use EvenON but I have this error “EventON Tickets is enabled but not effective. It requires EventON in order to work.”.
When I put the key, it put me an “00” error (in red). I have the last version of EventON 2.2.16

Friends, I want to buy EventOn, I first need to know if you can help me styling it out since I don’t know css. I need to chage font sizes, and typography. And I don’t want it to have the option of more or less text when you click on an event. Just the whole text. We never have more than 6 lines of text anyway. Just as it is right now doesn’t work for our purposes. Thank you.

I have more questions from my boss:
1. Right now I only see September events and have to scroll via the Arrow to display October. Is there a display setting where all of the months (12) are visible with sort options?
2. I like the idea of making the Full Calendar available as an alternate viewing method. Is it possible to set this up so the Full Calendar add-on can be used but isn’t the default? It’s a toggle option for visitors?

Hi, When I activate the plugin, I can no longer access my posts or even the events from my Dashboard. Whenever I try to do so, I have a white screen. I need to make the light EventTop text darker and the icons too. I am referring to the CSS for this section:

It gets darker on hover but I cannot seem to change the color through custom CSS before hover. I’ve tried every possible selector. Is this something in JS or something I can’t fix without hacking the plugin? The text is way too light to read.

I recently purchased your eventon plugin, as well as the rsvp add on. I am having difficulty customizing the plugin:
1. Cannot successfully change colors on calendar- it just remains at the default preset 2. GoogleMaps won’t show in event 3. Where can I customize the fonts? (size and type)

You should be able to customize colors in myeventon> settings appearance. As for maps make sure you have set generate gmaps to yes

I contacted you a while ago about the single event plugin wasnt working correctly. What I found out by now is that the template is not called upon. Do you know how I can manually solve this?

you can try this http://www.myeventon.com/documentation/add-sidebar-single-events-page/ and try to change the single events template and use a different one and place those new template files inside your theme
sadly I already tried this method. It didn’t work. It seems like it ignores all the template files. but when i create a template-ajde_events.php file in my template folder it does have effect. I just don’t understand what seems to be the problem. But it also effects the archive page www.brazilexpat.com/events
By the way, I am now using the template file as I described. than you can see it does have effect.

Is the ticket holder name saved in the ticket post? if so I wil add this to my to-do list to fix for future updates

ok make sure you dont allow guest checkout that will force people to enter their name or else how would u capture it right

Hello ! I have some trouble with the plugin Event On. When i insert it in an article, it behaves like an article : my other plugins (sharing buttons, optin skin, related posts) stuck in it. And when i want to share the link of my article on Google+, it’s the name of the event that is displayed (in place of the title of the article). (The event is at the bottom of the article, and you have to click to “en savoir plus” to see what happens).

Hi there, I am using the Tickets plugin. When I want to check the attendees from the event page, i’ve got the following message: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0f73ffuo17
I thought I could 1. Confirm their order from this screen and 2. then checked them in when they attend the event. But it seems a bit more complicated.
So I go to Event>All event tickets. Thinking I could confirm the tickets from here: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0ae3ffvk36 But this does not work neither. I’ve tried going to the Edit Event Ticket screen hoping to find here the field to confirm the order: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0a93ffwtf7
My last move was to go to Woo Orders but from here it is impossible to filter nor see the orders PER PRODUCT so I don’t know which orders are related to my Event Ticket.
What should I do to manage my event tickets? Please advise asap for the event is coming next week and I can’t confirm the orders nor checked in the attendees.

hey ok so someone else also had same issue.
What you need to understand is order status should and will be managed by WC and we should not try to alter it via eventon. The status of the order should be changed to completed when the order is completed then only the attendees will show up for that order.
I agree with that, except that there is no easy to confirm a ticket order with WC. Neither the name of the event nor any field of the ticket is reflected on the first WC orders list (no filters, you have to clic on each ”% article” to develop and see the product name etc.) Which makes it basically and purely unusable. I’ve deactivated the Ticket extension and switched to a form (formidable pro) with paypal integration within the Event Card. I may have to ask for a refund of the extension too for it appears that the process is yet incomplete in terms of user usability.
The core Eventon plugin is still worth the time investment

Well if this is on your to do then I prefer to be a patient user and support your great job. I guess I am more frustrated with the WC order list than I am with Eventon. Just give an rough idea when you think to work on it and deliver a new release – within 3 month or for january 2015. So I can organize the various web projects I have around the core eventon plugin.
I am hoping for October since there are lot of things in my to-do list for ticekts addon

Just purchase the action user addon.. most functions now working fine after few trial and error to understand the behaviour.
However, we just couldn’t create a event calendar that display ONLY event from certain user (base on wordpress user id).
The code we use on the wordpress page is (assuming just grep out event belong to user id 294 that with event type = 89) is.. if( function_exists(‘add_eventon’)) { $args = array( ‘cal_id’ => 1, }

those event are user submitted event, so i suppose if they had the “public event” right, when they submit the event, they should be automatically assigned to themself and therefore no admin intervention is needed to do the “assign-users-event” action, right?
btw, if admin manually do the “assign-users-event” action, the individual calendar base on user-id will work.
am i miss anything? shouldn’t the assignment be automatic for user submitted event (to that user)? thanks.
BTW, the action User license status: Not activated (but we had once can activate it, it says successful).. but now everytime we click the “addons & licenses), it keep the above not activated status—and we couldn’t find anywhere to activate it (no prompt, get it now goes to myeventon side only)... please help
thanks for letting me know. It should assign the user automatically as long as the settings is checked I will look deep into this for the next update.
Also the addon activation will get a better update in next version
Hey I have purchased the tickets add-on and am wondering if its possible to have the tickets available in the store page as well as on the calendar itself without having two separate products?
or alternatively is it possible to add an existing product from the woo commerce store at the ticket item in your calendar?
you can not add a woo product as ticket, but tickets as also products with ticket category attached to is, so you should be able to show that product in other places as well
no matter what category I add to the ticket it doesn’t show up on the shop page. I have tried everything including deleting and then reinstalling both woo commerce and event on and all associated add ons. I have also tried switching my theme to an official woo commerce on and yet nothing fixes this issue.

How do I show only the next 4 upcoming events?
if you want to show 4 next events regardless of the month you would need event lists ext. addon http://www.myeventon.com/addons/event-lists-extended/ the basic event list that comes in default cal shows event_count=’4’ would restrict 4 eevnts but will show 4 events per each month

Will you be releasing an update to resolve the following issues?
1. ICS Calendar (duplicate headers in content) error
2. Ticketing Add on with WooCommerce: Cart is counting tickets wrongly – it is not showing multiple line items (as unique SKU items) but rather it is aggregating multiple tickets as a singular SKU – with multiple items in the cart.
3. Feature image does not open again after being closed by the magnifier tool (pop up view)

I have logged tickets in your support system for both of these items. Not sure what else to tell you?
1. When anyone clicks on the calendar from front end that error appears ‘duplicate headers in content’
2. Thx, that will be great, for we can’t use it right now with this error. When are you expecting the next update to be please?
3. I have tried so many different settings options yet still can’t get it to work, honestly I have never experienced so many issues with one plugin. I’ve been pulling my hair out on this. Can you please take a look and check why it’s not working? It might be something that we’ve missed? Currently we have it switched off because it hasn’t been working.

Others like I said will be in the next update also for the featured image mag glass and you may also wanna try clearing cache cus those might still load ur old settings
