I purchased subscriptions to this plugin for websites I have been building for my clients and am pleased with it. But I must warn any potential purchasers of the many hidden extras you will need. Add-ons are to be expected, but there are multiple features added-on to these add-ons.

When I raised my concerns, the customer support I received was sarcastic, condescending and inaccurate. We have lost money on the project I was working on, and when I brought this to their attention was told I should have read the small print. This firm covers their back and mocks those who they have caused trouble. They obviously have enough money and do not care about the individuals paying them.

So in essence, the features NOT included on specific add-ons are not made clear until you need them, and then another purchase and yearly subscription is required. A great, great pity.

Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our software. We have not hidden our paid extra addons in anyway. The information is open and widely available in all our websites. Sure everyone would love a free lunch and free everything. All major softwares have paid addons on subscription payments. We take time in crafting our software to our best skills and we charge extra for addons that offer additional features which we deem fairly priced compared to competition and we will always continue to add new and exciting features to our addons on an ongoing basis!

for Documentation Quality

The customer support for this product is OUTSTANDING. As a non-developer, there was a lot I had to learn. Artem and other team members at EventOn were beyond patient and helpful and always polite through many questions.

I would suggest that updated (to apply to updates to the product and add-ons) and expanded video and written documentation would be helpful for this product, which has MANY bells and whistles and can do what a developer I'd hired was unable to accomplish himself. I greatly appreciate this plug-in and its developers and customer support folks! Big gratitude.

This is a great calendar plugin. If you need other functions then think carefully. It's subscription based so you'll be charged an annual fee for each plugin you add. I purchased 6 out of 32 add ons.
First problem is if there's a repeating event the email reminders do not relect the repeating event.
I do not recommend customization. I requested 3 customization jobs spent about $1,500 in addition to the plugins $290 I spent on add ons and ended up with only 2 of the 3 customization request working.
I sent multiple emails asking for a follow up on the work and ended up with replies of give it more time, looking into it, you didn't email us sooner. I've already sent my customer service complaint to the developer and the billing team.
We're in May and today I was sent revised work to download for a customization job that was supposed to take 1 week an was ordered end of January (when it was delivered at the beginnign of February it didn't work).
So the take away:
- only get this if you need the calendar
- don't invest in customization because if you have questions chances are they won't be answered
- their help forum has a lot of complaints on lack or response on customization jobs
- if you're looking for booking software or just good customer service then look elsewhere.

Basically if there's a problem then expect a reply stating you did something wrong.

Lots of power and features. Only -1 star for DIFFICULTY to maintain.

Plugin updates require deactivate and delete, losing settings, or FTP which is a hassle

Every little feature requires another add-on. So we have 4 addons now, each are a pain to update!

Overall a good plugin with beautifull layouts and a lot of options to customize the apearance.

Come on! 40$ additional for a month view, and more for a week view? Are you serious?
Absolute waste of money, you need to configure everything, and not even 24h format support?
Look elsewhere...

This Plugin is amazing, and the most important thing is the support provided by Basilis Kanonidis that is really professional and efficient, and it resolved all things we asked.
Great Support!!!

Just purchased it, cant even select a date properly.
Support now says 7 days for a response.
Trying to get a refund, what a waste of time this was!!!
