I’ve purchased the event ticket addon. When viewing the tickets using this new addon the title says “TICKET SECTION TITLE” How do I edit the ticket title.

check file permissions on your new server and make sure that file have proper permission to read
I checked the write permissions. does not work
I will be honest i am not an expert on server stuff, and sounds to me from the error like your new server is blocking opening internal files within php files. make sure its not doing anything to restrict file_exists() functuon
in the demo page, i could not see any ticket addon. could you point me to the demo first before i buy the extention addon?

I have a few issues that I need resolve ASAP if you could please help or point me in the right direction.
1. I’ve been having a weird issue. If I place any other text or shortcode above any eventon single event addon shortcode it does not display.
Not sure what the issue is, Dont think it’s plugin conflict since it works if other text or shortcodes are placed below the single event addon shortcode. We also use foodpress plugin and same issue occurs.
I need to be able to accomplish this since we do use other shortcodes and text in our post.
2. Just purchase ticket addon and even though I installed woocomerce. its saying I need to install for it to work. So it’s not working.

Hi. I purchased and installed the Eventon Tickets Addon. I have the last version of woocommerce already. After the installation I get the following message displayed everywhere on my Dashboard :
“Eventon Tickets need woocommerce plugin to function properly. Please install woocommerce”
Did you activate Woocommerce and install woocommerce pages?

another option you can do is to make sure ftp wp-content/plugins have woocommerce folder name correct

EVENTS MENU has disappeared from my WP Admin menu and all my single event links are not working anymore so no one can register for events. This is CRITICAL. HELP PLEASE.

Have you checked your plugins directory on your FTP and in fact do have the eventon plugin in place?

why can i see licenses for only 4 out of the 7 add ons that I purchased a while ago? My account section clearly says that i can download 7 add ons, and the order receipt says when i payed for them etc…. but…. you only give me licenses for four of them???

Hello, something has gone horribly wrong with the plugin. My sidebar calendar has disappeared and when you click on a category from the sort option it says no events, even though I have added the event to that category.
If you then click All to return to all events, it still says no events.
Please help, site due to launch tomorrow!

Hi Ashan, I am having the same problem that setfire is having, except that it is with my CSV importer add-on. It says: EventON CSV Importer is enabled but not effective. It requires EventON in order to work. The CSV import tab is no longer in the EventON dashboard. Deactivating and reactivating didn’t work.
Also even tried deleting and re-uploading the plugin and add-on and that also did not work.

Is there any plan to add features to the widget controlling what information is displayed in it? At this time the venue automatically displays when showing events in the widget and I don’t want that to be shown…

we’re very pleased for the nice performance and look of EventOn and FullCal but we’ve a question for you.
Our client needs to introduce some teachings he made in a week, for example, monday 8, wednesday 10 and friday 12. He introduces the start on 8 and configures the ending of the lesson on 12. Is there any option that he could establish the remaining 9 and 11 are free or he must create the first one and duplicate twice the event for the 10 and 12, avoiding EventOn to interpret all of them are programmed?
