Hello, I uploaded folders on xampp server for testing, I am able to login as admin and perform other tasks however cannot upload any media(spinning balls), the site is set to localhost, and URL is localhost/mediaking/. please advise

go to admin panel > general > site url and insert your domain like this
http://localhost/mediaking/I did that, but not able to upload to local xampp server, I need to be able to do that, what else am i missing, thanks.

The upload problem was solved by appending …/UPLOAD/ to the site base URL in the admin panel.
did you upload “Upload” folder to your server? just upload the files in the UPLOAD folder.
