How much space does it take on the server ? & does it need a lot of resources ?

Only few datas are registered in the database (only few ascii, no pictures, videos etc …).
Really few server and network resources are used . No navigation slowdown either.

An option allows you to automatically delete old visits, to prevent the database grows constantly.

Capture has been optimized: the plugin only saves the important actions. In the database, it is only a little ascii for each action. It’s very light.

Sorry, I can not give you the answer, I’d have to do tests.
The plugin works for one site.
The third party geolocation plugin your using is causing major conflicts in my wordpress causing the settings and tracking pages to time out.

Downloaded the update and so far so good. Not happy about this being a single site plugin though. It wasn’t single site when I paid for it….
Envato license doesn’t allow you to use the same license on several sites : http://codecanyon.net/licenses .

Not all plugins demand you place the Envato licence code in them for them to work. By the way the page still lags and I’m still getting geo-location conflicts, and since you converted this plugin to only work on a single domain you can keep your 1 star. I bought this hoping to use it on a number of projects…

This is not a video capture software (as shown in the presentation, it would not be possible). There are no files stored (the plugin uses the database).
The plugin records informations that allows it to replay the tour.

This plugin use less network resources than a chat (less calls too server).
Since the last update, the capture of the actions is more optimized.
To avoid overloading the database, there is an option to automatically delete visits.
I am having trouble with the plugin using “USER SWITCHING”. Dose it work with it? It’s free plugin that I got in the wordpress plugin area.

Wow! What can I say less than FIVE-star customer service. I reported a cliche I was having with the plugin playing nice with USER SWITCHING plugin and eight hours later the author had a fix, and an updated version of his plugin online for me and others to download.
