Hi! The settings only provide one size settings. But depending on the layout you choose, you can build different shortcodes, with different number of columns, which will make the logos with a different size. In addition to that there’s an undocumented shortcode parameter that lets you override the settings size, adding a img=”width,height” paramater to the shortcode. If you use the browser console to check for Javascript erros you’ll see the errors I’m talking about. It might be a direct conflict with the different tooltip codes, but you can ask the other plugin author if there’s any fix for the errors reported by the browser in his tooltip file. The thing is that it worked fine before. it was located in a subdomain so my developer was thinking it was an issue of changing domains with this installation..

The source code of both pages is slightly different. It seems the second url is using a cloudflare script. Could it be this making the difference?

Unfortunately the slider will only work with the logo custom post type entries, so I can’t guarantee integration with adpress.

I am not finding it to be very user friendly. I was expecting to choose the logos and that I could add them in column order. So… Column 1 (Host Partners) = 1 image, Column 2 (Conference Partners) = 3 images and so on…

I also find it very difficult that I cannot change the order of the images manually!!!

A bit like you can click and drag to change the order of widgets, I would expect to be able to do that with this as well.

Now it means we have to really plan hard and think about which logos to add in which order. If we make 1 mistake then we have to go back.

It just feels like a lot of hard work to me.

There is a drag and drop order feature. When you are in the admin archive page of the plugin you’ll see on the top an option to ‘Activate Drag & Drop Sorting’. And then it depends on how many columns you want to use. There’s even a ‘Order’ input field for each logo entry. Wouldn’t this help?

Hi! The plugins displays the logos in a block grid, the grid cells will have the same space. This means indeed that when the logos have different proportions it will result in some white space like you describe. Unfortunately there isn’t a solution for this at the moment. If you’re using the grid layout, you can try the normal grid to see if this improves, but if you are using the carousel, unfortunately each ‘slide’ will need to have the same width to work properly. If the issue was vertical space, we could try some css solutions, but for horizontal spacing it’s more tricky. Sorry for this limitation.

I can’t really answer this with accuracy since it depends on a lot of factors (other plugins installed, if there are conflicts, browser, cache, etc.. ) so I can’t guarantee a certain speed. I would say less than 0.05 seconds, but like I said, this is just an estimative, can’t guarantee it will be this.

Hi! If it’s the same logos you will use, you don’t need to add new ones, you can use the same, generate a new shortcode to put it in another place. You can use one of the layouts when building the shortcode or using the widgets. If you tried this and you don’t get the expected result, there could be a issue in your page.
