Hi There,
I am planning on purchasing your plugin, however I downloaded the demo and installed it on my site, which it then crashed?! An error message about line 53 or 52(something about twitter) appeared and I had to delete the file from my server.
Any ideas? I would like to see the plugin in action on the site before purchasing if that is an option.

Yes, the forms have skins. you can override any built-in skin, or upload your custom skin. there’s a tutorial for theming in the support forum

I want like envato “sold around 20 items” and I am giving out comission for every sold item so I need all product data to be saved somewhere… Is this possible?

Hi. How to change the language?
Else notice that when the plugin WP Maintenance Mode impossible to enter the site.
You can enter the site if you DISABLE backend login redirection (hiding backend)
to change language, you need to change the active language in your wp-config.php file example to a locale es_ES or ru_RU etc.

Do you have ru_RU locale in wp-config?

So I am sure your ru_RU is being active from userpro/languages I can see its 11% translated only. (If you want to translate fields you need to edit field labels in customizer

So I just played with your demo for several hours, and my question still isn’t answered. Can you just give me a yes or no answer? I want to know if a customer’s previous orders can be displayed on their profile page (as they are on the default my-account page)

Is the profile info stored in the mysql database like posts and pages?
All profile info is stored in user meta table. (Used by wordpress itself)

I have a music homepage. And i wont to use this plugin to let music groups make a profile on my page. Is possible to let the “user” to be a music group, and show all band members name inside of the user?
I do not quite understand, you want users to create a group instead of a profile?

This issue has been posted since January 8th and still unresolved. All FTP and wordpress login information has been emailed not once but twice. Can you please follow through with the resolution you stated of reinstalling the plugin (without losing our settings). I have included the links to the support issues in your forum. Our site is live and are users are very unhappy, it is hurting our business.

Hello! Very impressing plugin and I have some questions before buying. Does front-end posting allow to:
1. use custom posts
2. use taxonomy
3. use tags
4. select tags and/or taxonomy by checkbox and radio buttons
5. upload several images (one as featured and the others as post images)
6. force the user to upload images with specific dimensions (more that 100 px width AND less than 500 px width) and automatically use them in the post with a specific dimension (50 px width)
7. accept only certain types of image (jpeg)
8. 2 body fields in front-end post editor that will make the blog post formed by all things present in this 2 fields
9. video uploads and video embedded in the post
10. show in the author box (in the published post) some selected (by an admin) informations present in the user’s profile
11. can the admin edit the post before publishing it?
12. can the word counter be added in the post editor fields?
13. is front-end post editing present?
14. is conditional logic in user profile registration present?

Hi, is there anyway to manually select the pages UserPro uses?
All my pages work accept my logout page. the logout page doesn’t logout. I see in the backend this is because my pages are broken.
I don’t want to rebuild the pages again because UserPro rebuilds a different page such as /profile-2,/login-2 if there is already a page with slug /profile,/login etc.
If I rebuild the pages via the backend I will have to recreate my menu items again.
I’m trying to avoid this as I did this earlier twice and building each menu set up I am using takes about an hour or more.
Please help.
I would like to suggest UserPro can select the WordPress pages to use sort of like Woocommerce does to avoid problems like this.
Correct me if I am wrong anywhere about rebuilding pages in UserPro.

No, that’s not correct, or done right. to rebuild pages, remove userpro pages from pages, then from trash, then go to page setup you will see the slugs on top of “page setup” tab, change them and save settings, e.g. change profile to myarea.. etc and now rebuild pages
Hi DeluxeTheme! Yes, I understand that method. The problem is that UserPro actually rebuilds the pages. So any work that I’ve done on those pages I have to redo. And because I’m doing Menu Swapping I have to redo my menus and mega menu adjustments again.
No worries now. I have redone them and save them. But I request the feature of selecting pre-built pages for UserPro along with the option to rebuild the UserPro pages the default way.

Aha, I understand you now, you have edited the pages that userpro already build by default (including shortcodes) and added some custom stuff that you want to keep or use later as rebuilt page
