Hi, I have these pre purchase questions:

1. Is it possible to set a calendar event where there are event just on Saturday and every Saturday there are 100spaces, different types of spaces for example space1 (qty 50)space2 (qty 30)space3 (qty 20) different prices and if is possible to set a name like “seat G55” to the space. 2. Is it possible to print a recepeit of the reservation? 3. Is possible to do a multiday reservation and apply a discount in that case?

1. You can have recurring events, however there is no option for such pricing as you described, unless you’re ok to split your event in 3 events for 3 different prices… don’t know if that works for you though.

2. You can print it, sure.

3. Multiday reservation of event – unfortunately no, and there is no discount for that.

BookingWizz uses language file for all text strings which can be translated to any needed language. It is not PO file, it is simple php file.

Hi there, our client is interested in using this product, however would very much like the ability to export attendee names and email addresses to csv format to add to their newsletter. Is this capability built in, or would it require custom development? I see that we can export event calendars to ics, and print to PDF, but they are hoping to also be able to save reports and event/attendee information to excel. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I have a 2 questions for my intended installation. 1) Can I use it for bowling game booking? I need to show 4 lines of bowling grouped together, not in separate schedules.

2) Can I integrate another credit card payment methods? Do you have any API prepared or documentation on this topic?

1) I;m not sure I understand what you mean by 4 lines together. Please try live demo, both front and back end to see if our current system works for you.

2) Unfortunately there is no API or documentation on how to integrate new credit card payments at the moment. However code is non-encrypted and easy to understand – so you should be fine, if you have some php knowledge.

Script may be good, documentation is horrible And virtually nonexistent other than copy this here. Makes it extremely difficult to figure out how to use it unless you are a very, very generic setup. Support is very slow so don’t be in a hurry to get it up and running quickly because you won’t be able to. I have an unanswered support ticket as of now going on 24 hours

The documentation is basic – and it covers all you need to do for basic setup of the system – for any other questions you have to go to support forum.

We have prepared a detailed documentation which is around 50 PDF pages which will be bundled together with next version release. If you want we can send you that file if you will send an email through codecanyon profile form.

Suggestion, since you have to login to the support forum maybe post a download there as well for documentation for those who have purchased as well as making your 48 hour rule for support visible to avoid frustration and confusion.

Hi there, i was wondering if the is a way to set up a service that consists of subservices. For example, i offer guided tours, and i have a morning and an evening tour. I also offer a third, full day tour, which consists of morning + evening tour.

Does your booking engine support this, so that if i have a maximum capacity of 6 people per tour, if somebody books the full-day tour, the capacity of both morning and evening tour is reduced by one, and the other way around, if somebody books the morning tour, the full-day tour is reduced by one, but not the evening tour?

I am looking to purchase this for a Client, who is a personal trainer.

They would like to take booking online, but they also want to start to collect the details of those who book in online.

Will this system allow them to export customer booking details, like a CRM program would?

Ideally it would integrate into MailChimp, but just want to know if this plug in will be useful for automatically collecting details of users who book in.

At the moment you can either export customers into PDF – in SCHEDULE section, or export all bookings in .ICS file for importing into your google calendar / iCal / outlook

Export to excel is planned for future updates.

Can i check whether is it possible to create a coupon code that is based on the time?

For example, Coupon Code 10hour gives the client 10 hours of credit to use. They can use the code 10 times for 1 hour session, or 5 times for 2 hour session.

Also, I would like to check if time restriction is possible for the above mentioned.

There are 3 core functions in our product – Single Day bookings and Multi-Day bookings, Events.

Single day bookings allow to book service(anything what can be booked, not just services..) for a time of up to 1 day. Multi-day bookings allow to book service(in your case it’s rooms) for a minimum of 1 day.

So, system won’t allow to book from an hour to like a week in the same interface. Your customers would first need to select which booking they need – for less than a day or for more than a day.

The second question is that we have several services, eg, sports massage, relaxing, acupuncture, etc..

And the question is still two therapists or two people working and many services we offer. Having two therapists and one for example makes two of these services, when someone booking some time one of the other service is as busy.

Y la pregunta es siendo dos terapeutas o sea dos personas trabajando y tantos servicios que ofrecemos. Al haber dos terapeutas y uno por ejemplo realiza dos de esos servicios, cuando alguien reserva uno de ellos cierta hora la del otro servicio queda como ocupada.

Thank you for your contribution of spanish translation of our product! We really appreciate it.

Initially manual booking was not used to book customers bookings, it was for the purpose of BLOCKING some time on the calendar, for example if you’re on vacation and cannot provide services – you need to block that time on calendar. Then later on, due to multiple requests – we adjusted functionality a little bit to be possible to book customers manually through the same section. Unfortunately at the moment – you have to use description field for the customer data, or you can extend functionality by adding required fields manually.

The only option to import everything to your google calendar is to export all bookings (or selected bookings) to an ICS file (which is implemented already in this section http://www.convergine.com/scripts/booking/bs-attendees-export.php) and then go to google calendar and import ICS file. Your customers who will book your services will receive ics file automatically in each reservation, attached to email.

As for second question – I’m not sure I understand it. Can you please elaborate on that ?

Is licencing, purchase once for use on 14 to 15 sites? (different domain, same server) or do we purchase 14-15 licences separately here (for each domain name)??

We’re selling exclusively through envato marketplaces so we can’t offer any other licensing options at this time. Each installation has to be done with unique license key which is verified through envato api and is recorded/checked on our end as well. Unfortunately, we don’t have any options to offer discounts on items sold exclusively through envato at this time. I wish I could give you a discount, but unfortunately there’s just no such option for me..

I thought the whole idea was that you received full source code and could then integrate it into your own projects?

So with your product, I could not even have a test installation, for making changes before going live? Wow. Thank you for making me aware of this. Still happy to buy, but does raise some concerns. re: source code, integration, etc…

You can have test installation, as long as you remove it after you’re going live. You do have source code, and you can edit it per your needs, as long as it is for your client (1 copy) or for your own project (1 copy). If you’re integrating our code in your project which you then distribute – then with the license which we currently offer through codecanyon (Regular License: http://codecanyon.net/licenses/regular) you have to get separate license key for each copy.
