Hi! Thank you for using my plugin and I’m sorry for this setback. Since the grid will make all images have the same width, and since that particular image is ‘squared’ and the other are more like ‘horizontal rectangles’, it will look bigger, as it takes more space inside the ‘squared’ same width area. Go to the settings and make sure the crop setting for the image is off and then try uploading this image for that logo instead: http://img43.imageshack.us/img43/5813/827y.png I added more space around it, so it doesn’t take all space vertically. I am still seeing that CSS rule there, although I emptied the cache. Did you already remove the rules mentioned above? I think those are the main rules affecting the responsive grid, after that change it should work ok.

Hi! Thank you for using the plugin. It’s possible that the tabs content are not loaded in the page and are only loaded via ajax when the tab is called, and it fails to load the necessary javascript files that are enqueued in the page. When you refresh the page on that tab, it grabs the content directly of that tab and it succeeds to enqueue the necessary javascript files. If this is what is happening, you might have to check with the theme author how to properly load shortcode generated content that enqueues javascript. But if possible send me a link to the page you have the shortcode and I can also take a look and check if anything could be done to fix this. Greetings, Carlos
