Hi, There is a problem. When I try to change the settings of the player displays an error: WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘page_scroll_to_id_instances’ in ‘field list’] . I have repeatedly reset the plugin, but the error remains.

You have a parameter called ‘Number Of Items Per Screen’ and you can specify how many songs can be shown in the playlist until you need to scroll it.

The developer claims that the player will always look great on any device. So I purchased it with that in mind. I am using the WP plugin, a blank page, and the php short code inserted in the head section. On both the Wordpress page and my mobile devices the player does work but remains too small to use (the player sits in the top left hand corner of my iPhone 4 using iOS 7 and is not responsive (at least not on my devices). Any help in solving this issue would be appreciated.

I did insert this code to make the page responsive <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1”> It didn’t seem to make a difference. I sent you an email with the web page url. Thanks for the help.

Giving 1 start to such a product is ridiculous… but is your choice.
The product comes with detailed video tutorial presenting how it works and shows that it needs the back-end to display the player.
This is not a simple player, is a player with playlist that can be used as a simple player. It needs the back-end to construct the playlist and grab the settings according to the ID

It’s not difficult to create a PhP function that lets you create a player with a playlist from URLs in an array rather than doing it in your back end which is several extra steps.
I can create a meta-box on each post that allows my authors to attach 1 or more audio files to the post itself. Then, I can insert your player into the post using the array created by the attached audio files.
I am dealing with news reporters who aren’t the brightest technical bulbs on the planet. I’m trying to simplify things for them.
Your player is beautiful and works fantastic, there’s no denying that. But your method for creating playlists is not perfect and your unwillingness to entertain feature requests shows poor support, hence the 1 star.
Again, I will state that your product works as described and does what it does very well.

From Manage Players -> Player Settings -> General Settings, hide the buttons you don’t want to show.

Love the player. It does exactly what I want it to do…except it seems to have gone out of it’s way and is messing with the photo gallery on my site, appearing to make the opacity of the photos in the gallery at around 40%. When I de-activated the plug-in the pics appeared as they should. Any ideas where to correct this? I really need to use this plug-in for multiple playlists on the same page.

The player width & height are calculated by the script in relation with the buttons you show or hide. The only way to increase the size is to set a larger ‘Player Padding’
For the title, in admin pannel, you have parameters only for color. To change the title font size you need to edit the css class in this file ‘wp-content/plugins/lbg-audio1-html5/audio1_html5/audio1_html5.css’.

Awesome! I have a project where it should be able to download the tracks from the playlist, but I think I´m able to integrate it by coding. What I dont know is how to display the player with a waveform, like you know from soundcloud. Is there a way to do it? Best Tom
