This is the message in the Error Console of Chrome browser:
“Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://www.radio108.nl/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure audio file ‘http://85.214.110.82:8112/;'. This content should also be served over HTTPS.”
So the problem is that you are using a ‘HTTP’ radio stream ( http://85.214.110.82:8112/; ) on a HTTPS website. You should use a HTTPS stream, like this: https://some_domain_name:443/;
Please contact your radio stream provider and ask him to offer you a HTTPS stream like this: https://some_domain_name:443/;

this is the https streamlink https://srv07.densam.net:2020/stream/Radio108 ...... in browser it works, but works this in players? because i used ip adres and http before, but i try but cant connect icecast stream…. ill try again.
connection refused with this https streamlink, https link is not working with the bottomplayer and single buttonplayer….. i have icecast btw now, not shoutcast, provider changed this to icecast streaming.

Starting with Safari 11, Chrome 66 and Firefox 66 the autoplay will not work because Apple & Google disabled autoplay feature and it can’t be controlled from JS.
The same for IOS and Android devices.

This is a GREAT plugin. This issue I’m having is that when it is activated, I get the following message in the WP Site Health report… “An active PHP session was detected: A PHP session was created by a session_start() function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests.” I am using plugin version 3.3.2, WP 5.5.3, PHP 7.4.

The message is a recommendation for ‘Performance’.
Our plugin uses PHP Sessions ONLY in wp-admin to manage multiple players. In wp-admin you have 1-2 users logged in simultaneously. So there will be no performance issue.
In front-end, our plugin uses NO PHP Sessions so your website is not affected in any way.
In conclusion: this is a false performance recommendation and you can ignore it.

I believe you are making a confusion: a radio player will play the ShoutCast ot IceCast radio stream. What songs the radio streams and in which order etc is not the job of the player… it simply can’t do it because it doesn’t have access to such information. It only streams the radio player stream.

I just received a notice of an update for HTML5 Audio Player plugin. I have downloaded the updated version. How do I install the updated version???
Please download it again from your account and do the following:
1. Deactivate the plugin
2. Using a FTP account, overwrite all the files of our plugin on your server, in ‘wp-content\plugins\’ In the .zip file you’ve downloaded from codecanyon.net you’ll find ‘main’ folder and inside it you’ll find ‘lbg-audio1-html5.zip’. Please unzip ‘lbg-audio1-html5.zip’ file and using a FTP account, overwrite ‘lbg-audio1-html5’ folder on your server, in ‘wp-content\plugins\’

Autoplay doesn’t work… I put a mp4 video and there is no way to make it muted.. I heard chrome has since April 2018 changed their autoplay policies.. what can we do make the video autostart on it’s own. I tired Chrome and Safari on my Mac. Same results.

Hi. Does the radio stream source need to be https (as opposed to http) if the player is embedded in a website that has an SSL Certificate? I am getting a mixed content error which I think may be caused by the unsecured stream.
