Hi, I have the following questions:
1. There is no print/export options under Report menu in Admin mode. Is there anyway we can produce a pdf report on list of booking? 2. Is there anyway user can search by date/month to start their booking instead of clicking next button one by one to reach their desired month?

1. You can export reservations for any day in schedule section (will create a pdf for you).

Hello, Pre Sale Question.
I was wondering, is it possible, to add custom fields Like: Check-box – need invoice (if checked, shows additional fields) Company name, Company Registration number Company legal address
After submitting booking it just would, send auto generated PDF Invoice to email as attachment with those custom fields, event title, qty, dates etc.
The thing, is that people are paying at the event, and if company is booking places, they then need invoice, so they can pay it by bank transfer.
(I am thinking, to use it together with BookingWizz for Wordpress)

You can add custom fields through the code only. It’s not hard if you know a bit php.
As for PDF Invoice – there is no such functionality, and at the moment it is not planned, but we’ll think about it and decide whether to include it in some update.
can this work on a joomla site or is strictly wordpress? also do you help with installation?

No, it will not work with Joomla. For wordpress you need additional addon (which is sold separately). You can use BookingWizz on the same hosting account where joomla and just add a link on your joomla site to the bookingwizz – that way it will work, but as a standalone app.

I’m talking to a client who operates a community center and they wish to have the ability to book ‘resources’ in blocks throughout the day. Does your booking script have the ability to show and schedule multiple resources in the same time slots, such as access to a pool and also to a gym?

Yes it is possible. Think of it like pool is one service (calendar) and gym is second service(calendar). Each service gets it’s own set of settings and availability. Please try live demo to get to know bookingwizz a bit better.

Just checking for an update that will allow for responsive functionality as more and more people are using their mobile devices and this is very difficult to use on anything besides a computer.
Any idea when a responsive version will be available?

We were working on other functionality and next release is scheduled for end of November, which is about 60-70% issues/bug fixes and some new features, and new documentation. After that we’ll start working on mobile plugin or responsiveness, all in all it will take couple of months I think. I can’t say that it will be released this year.
Tried looking through the comments sorry if this has been answered already.. Is there any way to setup a cron job or anything to have the .ICS file push to a respective calendar automatically. For instance if someone reserves a spot with the program google calendar can automatically be updated? Even if it is at 30 min sync time or anything? That way its not a manual download and upload?

Unfortunately what you described is not possible. Import into google calendar requires manual action. We do have plans to automate it through google calendar api – but at a later date.

Is it possible for people to be refunded if they need to cancel an appt?

Any refunds has to be handled by payment processor. So, if payment was done by paypal – you have to manually go into paypal account and refund the transaction. Customers can only CANCEL their booking using a link which is sent to them in the email confirmation – but it doesn’t impact payment transaction itself.

2. yes, calendar will display booked slots and they will be marked as booked.
3. no. there is no sms notifications at the moment. We may develop something like that sometime in future, but not this year though.

If you’re asking whether it is possible to book the same timeslot by 2 different persons – yes, there is such option/setting. You can set yourself how many “seats” there are per each timeslot.

So I understand this correctly… I want to you this on only one page of my wordpress site. I will have to purchase the 5.3 version plus the Wp extension.
I am not familiar with how to upload PHP files and was hoping that I could simply install the script vis ‘wordpress plugin’ directly through my wp-admin.
Is this how to install or is it a bit more complex than this?

You will need to purchase v5.3 and upload it through FTP- you will find instructions on what to upload and where in documentation. As for FTP – if you never uploaded anything, I can send you a detailed manual which we’ve finished working on, and polishing now (it’s about 50 pages PDF) and it does include instructions for how to use FTP to upload bookingwizz.
All you need to do is upload the files through ftp, and then you can upload bookingwizz for wordpress files through the wp admin panel, or through ftp as well (all documented) and then just activate the plugin (+follow on-screen instructions).

I am going to create a open cart website, can this script be easily added to the website as an added feature?

By default bookingwizz does not integrate with any 3rd party tool/site. You can install it on any php hosting and then use iframe or just link/direct your customers to that location. If you’re able to edit php source code of open cart pages – you can also use small calendar shortcode which comes with the product. Hope this helps!

Hi – I need a system where one person can book tickets for a number of attendees and add their details (think of a clinic manager booking tickets for the clinical team) Can your system support multiple attendee details being created by one user?

One person can buy multiple tickets but there is no option to separate that booking into multiple customers.. I mean – there is no option to enter info for other 2 attendees if 3 tickets purchased. Please try live demo (both admin and front end) to get better understanding of how it works.

I am using xampp to work on my wordpress site I have also purchased the wordpress plug in and followed the instructions placing the /booking/ contence but it says it cant find the installation file In word press? can you help
