Hi, Thank you for the nice application. Two questions, first, when I use my images, it is not as smooth as when I use your images. is there any specific way I need to make my images? Also, is there a way to have Spherical or Cylindrical view?
Hi, first of all thank you for your purchase and feedback on the item, I appreciate it. You should compress your images as much as possible using a progressive JPEG format with the proper size for quality and performance. Play with the quality and image size until you find the best compromise. The plugin supports only flat panoramic images.

I’m using your code within a 3rd party app builder and the app is running on an Android device running 2.3. I’m having a problem where by when you tap on the screen with more than 1 finger the view flies around. This can be a problem when you are navigating using one finger and tapping a hotspot with another finger.

Hi, I’ve never tested the plugin with multiple finger events – use only one finger for now, stop the scrolling when you hit a hotspot. I’ll look into ways of testing and improving the touch screen scrolling further. Thank you for the feedback.
Hi, great plugin.. My problem is that jquery conflicts with my menu system in joomla 3.2. If I load the newest jquery, my menu works but the panorama doesn’t, and if I load jquery 1.8.3, the panorama works but the menu doesn’t. Do you have a solution? Thanks Zafi Diamant

Just tested the plugin with the latest http://code.jquery.com/jquery-2.1.0.min.js and it works fine.

Sorry, I don’t really understand your question – you can customize the plugins hotspots even further with CSS, if you have some basic knowledge.

Hi, I’ve set up the plugin and entered the correct image size dimensions, however, on the page the image looks squished vertically and the second image overlaps the first (therefore not looping properly because it starts in the middle of the first image). Can you help me figure out why this is?

Ok this was fast, I have tried http://www.maschek.hu/imagemap/ with no good results.
Please try again, the tools gives you the coords you’ll need for your own image – just make sure you double check things. If you don’t like this tool then use manual coords values.
Hi, I am using Caroufredsel Integration. When I click on new panorama images, the new images load, but the title in the info box remains the same as the first image and does not change to the correct title. How can I rectify the problem? Many thanks.

I like the caroufredsel integration but I dont want the images to be full screen in height. I only want the images to be like 600px. When I make a change it ads a white space between the start and end points.
What am I doing wrong and how do I accomplish this?

Hi there, in the caroufredsel-integration.html that came with the download the hotspots (maps) work just on the first slide as it would be.
these classes work: id=”hotspots_current” id=”hotspots1”
but this doesn’t display any hotspot (second picture): id=”hotspots2” (Panorama_du_Gendarmenmarkt.jpg)
What can I do to correct this?

Hi, you need to use unique ID’s for each map and add the usemap attribute to each panorama img tag – that’s about it. In the example the second set of hotspots in not very visible because of the dark background, but it’s there.

Just a question – is there a way to prevent the panorama from taking over the control of mousewheel and trackpad? Can I disable them? I want the user to be able to scroll the page while they are over the panorama and only trigger the movement by click and drag.

Hi, thank you for the purchase. To disable the mouse wheel simply exclude the jquery.mousewheel.min.js file from your HTML header.
I removed the file, but for some reason the page still won’t scroll when I have my mouse over the panorama (same on touch devices). Can you please take a look at http://newmediastudio.co and let me know if you have any thoughts?
Works fine when I drag and drop it with the mouse (on big desktop). One thing I noticed is that you have different image sizes depending on the device (width of the viewport) – make sure you set the right data-width and data-height for each specific image version (that’s critical).
