Once you subscribe to the ICS on Google Calendar or iCalendar, then it will always be pushed to that calendar , right ?
You wouldn’t have to go in and refresh anything ?
I would think once you sync with Google Calendar, then all your new reservations ( once approved ) will get pushed to this automagically! Correct ?

At the moment it is manual import/export. You need to export ICS file and then import it to any calendar software (including iCal and google calendar) – this has to be done manually, you cannot “subscribe to updates” or something like that. In future we have plans to release auto-sync for google calendar.

If you will think about each doctor = separate calendar – then yes, it is possible.
We’re considering SMS feature – it is not confirmed that we will release it, and I can’t provide any ETA on that.
There is 1 way sync, from bookingwizz to any program of your preference which supports .ics file import. iCal should work fine.
I’m not sure about the your last question, can you explain in more details what do you want to print ?
Thanks for your replay, So i cant add a field in the form the fill to select a doctor? and also i can sync as many devices as i want or just one? i want to print out tomorrows appointments to have in my office can i do that?
If you will create separate calendar for each doctor – then on the front end there will be a dropdown with all “doctors/calendars” so customer will be able to choose needed doctor as a step 1, and then fill out the form for that particular doctor.
You have to understand that it is not automatic sync, you select date from and date to in admin and click export, – you download .ics file with all selected appointments and then you can manually import it to any needed device/pc/laptop etc – MANUALLY. That’s very important to understand, there is no automatic sync at this time.
As for the tomorrow appointments – please try live demo, and take a look on the SCHEDULE page in admin – i think that is what you need, and there is pdf print option.

Wouldn’t it be easier to assign the doctors to the calenders than assigning specific calender to a doctor, I know i keep going but this one is my last concern and thank you for your great communication.
There is no option to create custom fields (so that you could select doctor) without editing the code. So, the only option how your scenario would work without ANY code editing is if you will create a calendar and give it doctors name. So you’re actually creating DOCTOR not CALENDAR, but this way each doctor will have it’s own availability.. hope this helps.

Excellent product!Added booking script with some minor customization to our client’s site (cottages resort), added moneris for payment. Works just fine. Had to rename couple of tabs for our convenience, but other than that it’s great! By the way, what about mobile version/compatibility? Will it be coming any time soon?

Reminders are not implemented yet. This will be done in next version most likely. As for the selection of method of payment – that is not an option in current version.

Hi! Payment acceptance in EURO depends on the processor which you select. As for appointment cancellation – customers have that option (same as admin) through a link which they receive by email.

Just found this text in the theme description: “Once customer place reservation through simple, yet appealing and customizable calendar – both customer and administrator will receive notification to their emails. By default reservation is “NOT CONFIRMED” , until site owner will change the status of booking to “CONFIRMED” selected time in booking calendar for that day will be unavailable for booking.” That´s exactly what I want.

Yes, you can edit the script in any way, you just can’t resell it and for each installation you make you have to have unique license key, purchased from codeanyon.
Ok was wondering about ticket generation from those that book an event. Is that a possibility later?

There is no “ticket” generation functionality at the moment in our product. We do plan to release an addon for this (no ETA).
A paid plugin should provide adequate documentation..should not have to spend a whole day browsing the support forum, trial and error – post questions and wait up to 72 hours for an answer. or pay for customization. There should be an easy admin for simple changes, like opening page text…not hard code changes in php files that will be wiped out on future upgrades. Very unacceptable. This script was not ready for release unless free.
Thanks for your input intheattic. We know about documentation issues. Proper documentation and how-to’s will be released hopefully in mid August. As for hard coding changes – you don’t need to do that – the only time when you’d need to hardcode something is to change the language strings if you need to translate BookingWizz to some other language, and it’s only 1 file. For all other settings – everything is inside the bookingwizz admin settings page or calendar settings page.
Love this script! It has helped me book so many clients!
One suggestion for a future update: Email/SMS customizable reminders. This would allow the admin to input “1 day before the event send this scripted email to my clients”.

n my project, I have to implement 3 different booking systems. each for a specific purpose.
It’s a booking system of a driving school.
At first user should register, at beginning he has 0 credit. credit is a number that Admin can assign to users, there is no online payment here. users should come to the office and pay, then the admin will assign credit for them.
Also, Admin can change dates, times, holidays and class duration (for example 8:00 to 9:00 or 8:15 to 8:45 ….). Also he can add teachers by name.
At first booking system, if the user has credit from admin, he can see the available dates and times in a month, then he goes to select possible teachers. or vice versa, possible teachers and then date and time selection. after each final time booking, the credit of the user should diminish. or the user should add bookings, then he should see the needed credit, after his acceptance it will be subtracted from his available credit.
Second and third bookings are simple, any user with zero credit or with credit can register. but booking systems are different. user selects date and time and finish.
Admin can see who has registration in each system and who are the general users and so on in tables or whatever graphical interface, he can add remove user …. .
Also the information from users should not be just Email and name like WordPress registration, it should be several other things like numbers, address and if it’s possible these fields could be add removed by the admin in the registration form.
Could his implemented by your plugin?

There are no user accounts and no option for credit assigning per user. You will need to custom develop such functionality.
Hello Everything is OK with your work, but in my requested system, I need that the user should have limitation in the number of his books which is made before by the administrator.
At beginning user has 0 credit, it means you can not book anytime, but you can see the calendar, but if the admin gives you 10 credit from his own panel to the user, he can book 10 times.
Also, when a user books a time, that time should be removed for other users.
Also I need 3 different booking system for three different purposes.
