If you look at the example forms, some of them have a “Download form export code” button below them. Click this and copy the code, then go to Quform -> Import in WordPress and paste the code in there.

Hi, a few pre-purchase questions.
1) If I wanted to create a form that’s (integrated into the page flow) inserted say half way down the page and exactly a 1/3rd column wide and 450px high… can this be done without additional coding requirements?
2) Is there flexibility to change font colors and sizes and element (mainly boxes) filler and outline colors as needed?
3) You have excellent conditional logic – any chance that calculations could be integrated so multiple choices would yield a final sum?
4) Can icons be integrated into either the question or answer field?

1. There is a built in CSS system in the form builder you can use to style any part of the form with CSS, eiither globally at Settings -> Style or in the Advanced tab of the element settings.
2. You can also use the above to change the font and sizes of everything.
3. It can be done with custom JavaScript, there is nothing built in to the plugin for this. It’s a straight forward job for a JavaScript developer. We may look at adding some options for this in a future version.
4. You can add img HTML to the label within the form builder to add an icon. To add it to the field you’d need custom CSS to set a background image.

You can move the license to another website by just verifying it again on the new site, the old site will become unlicense after some time, see this page for help.

Pre-sale question: Why no radio buttons? On your newsletter demo, it would be better to have radio buttons instead of checkboxes IMHO also, I noticed it’s not responsive? The datepicker is really wonky on mobile. You have great features curious about the responsive.
Radio buttons are available, they are labelled “Multiple Choice” in the form builder, you can see an example on this page.
What mobile and browser is the datepicker wonky?
We will be making the forms fully responsive in the next major update, for now you can make it mostly responsive with custom CSS, see our guide here.

1. can I hook this up to mailchimp so it submits email automatically. 2. Can I have a button to download as a pdf once filled out? 3. Can I integrate paypal?
1. Yes, we have a guide for that here.
2. Nothing built in for this, you can do it with a PHP to PDF library, but it’s not easy.
3. We only have simple PayPal integration to submit a hidden Buy Now button after submitting the form. We are working on full PayPal support.

A registrar is trying to upload a file to my form, and he is receiving this error “Server IO error” what does this mean.
This can happen if you are using an “Under Construction” plugin or something similar when using the flash uploader. Can you try temporarily disabling other plugins. If that doesn’t work, try disabling the Flash uploader, by going to File Upload -> Settings -> Optional, untick “Enable Flash uploader”.

Could you make an option for users to be able duplicate a field group live on the form? For example, I am making one for conference applications, and there are sometimes multiple people who author a single research paper, so it is a single entry, but all entries need a different numbers of people (name, email, resume upload).

We plan on adding the ability to duplicate a group of fields in the form in the next major update (version 2), but this is months away, I can’t give a more accurate timescale.

Is it possible to duplicate group and make something like:
on the end of group A i will put question: do You want add group B (yes/no)
Group B will have ‘IF’ (if yes from group A question show group 
.
And same with group C D E etc

Hi,i want to use your plugin for a quite big application form.I am not sure about one thing:Is it possible to print the form filled from each user with exactly the same way it looks at the frontend?I need to do this from the backend or at least from the notification email.

The places where you can view the submitted data will not have the same layout as the form, by default, it is in a table layout, see example here.
You can customize the notification email with your own HTML, so you can create a custom layout.

You can do it with File -> Print… in the browser, you may also print some of the page layout with it, but you will get the data printed.

Is it possible to build a multi-page form? I have a site that needs a form and it is way to long to have on just one page. I will probably need to split the form into 4 pages.
Multi page forms are not yet possible, although this feature we are working to include in a future version.

You can delete my posts please. It seems my license key had gone away in the control panel. I put it back in and it works fine now.
