Instagram Official module is sending instagram_business_* scopes through Facebook Login instead of Business Login for Instagram / Instagram API with Instagram Login. Meta returns “Invalid Scopes”.
Hi, thank you for reporting this. The current Instagram Official module uses the Instagram Graph API via Facebook Login because it retrieves professional Instagram accounts linked to Facebook Pages. Therefore, it does not support the separate Instagram API with Instagram Login / Business Login for Instagram OAuth flow. Please configure the Meta app with Facebook Login and use only the Facebook Login-compatible scopes, such as: instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, business_management Do not use instagram_business_* scopes with this module, as Meta will return Invalid Scopes. The Instagram Login flow is a different integration and is not supported by the current version.

Hi, this feature is not currently included. Stackposts provides AI tools for creating social-media content, but it does not offer automatic AI replies to WhatsApp messages or Facebook comments.

However, please note that each platform has its own approval process and requirements, and we cannot guarantee app approval from Meta, Google, TikTok, X, or LinkedIn. What we can provide is a clear guide showing how to create the developer app, configure redirect URLs, add credentials to the system, and understand the required permissions/scopes.

Hi, version v10 is not very stable for me. A lot of scheduled posts are not being published and errors are appearing. I am using API v25. I have gone back to version v9, where I also use API v25 (after updating the VENDOR folder, it works in version v9).
When will the v10 update be released? We have already been waiting for it for quite a long time. I previously shared all the fixes in several earlier comments – please take them into account.
Version v10 was supposed to be significantly better than v9, but it isn’t. Instead of progress, there is a noticeable regression.
Why am I getting this error? Sometimes the story is published, and sometimes it is not. Out of 100 posts, about 2–4 fail to publish.
I have a 1-minute delay between publications. I’m running a VPS with 4 CPU cores and 8 GB RAM.
The uploaded image is in .jpg format and is about 0.2 MB in size. As I mentioned, sometimes it gets published and sometimes it doesn’t. I’m the only user on my site, so server or cron overload is not a possible cause. I also cleared the website cache, but it didn’t help.

The images are always 1080 × 1920 pixels (story format) and saved as .jpg files.
Sometimes the exact same image is published successfully, while other times it fails with an error during publishing. This indicates that the .jpg file itself is valid and the image resolution is correct.
My sincere advice for you is that you should pay a closer attention to this script so that you wouldn’t be losing new incoming buyers.
1.) The “Live Demo” link on your sales page at stackposts.com is not working. Not everyone has the patience to read through to sales page to see demo details.
2.) The demo user dashboard which is the first interface a prospect sees does not have the beautiful features of this script that really make it attractive. Don’t assume everyone knows; only your old users do know this. Your prospects don’t. So, try and make them readily visible on demo user dashboard.
3.) A lot of minor issues here and there, try and look into all these things.
