I'VE BEEN TALKING TO YOU FOR WEEKS, RESOLVING SEVERAL PROBLEMS WITH YOUR SCRIPT, INCLUDING PUBLISHING AND CRON. YOU'VE SIMPLY PLACED THE BLAME ON HOSTINGER.COM, AND THEY'VE CHECKED THERE AND EVERYTHING IS WORKING CORRECTLY ON THE HOSTING/SERVER SIDE. YOU'VE ALSO STOPPED RESPONDING TO THE TICKET. I PAID FOR AN EXTRA LICENSE, INSTALLATION SERVICE, AND 2 ADDONNS...YET, NOTHING, YOU'VE DISAPPEARED. Terrible service that I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Recently, we have been handling a very high number of support requests, and unfortunately some tickets may have been missed or marked as read without receiving a proper follow-up. This is my mistake, and I apologize for that.

Regarding Hostinger, if their team confirms everything is working correctly on the server side, I will re-check the script-side configuration and help you identify the exact problem.

At the moment, we haven’t received enough details to identify the issue. The system is currently working normally on our side, so this may be related to your specific server environment, installation, or configuration.

Please open a support ticket and include:

Your website URL
Admin login details
FTP / cPanel access (if possible)
A clear description of the issue (screenshots or video are very helpful)

Our team will check and assist you as soon as possible.

There is amazing documentation on this. I was a bit upset with the speed of the support, however given the circumstances. I was provided an explanation. I am changing my review.

I just got this to test out and so far it is a great script with lots of documentation guidance and the customer service is very helpful when I open a ticket. The experience with the author of Stackposts has been fantastic, always helpful and a great help in setting up and solving any problems I have run into so far. I have upgraded to the extended license and look forward to trying out even more of their apps. Great job Stackposts team.
