Dear Author, I hope you can help me with an issue regarding the plugin licence activation on WordPress. The developers mistakenly registered the second domain incorrectly, using alivini-trade.com instead of trade.alivini.com.

As I have only used my licence on one domain so far, could you please remove the incorrect domain from my licence so I can activate it on trade.alivini.com?

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

Thank you very much for your support.

Hi,
If you send me a private message (click on my name, then use the low-right box) reporting the purchase code and your email, I can perform a check.

Following to your reply ‘The check is performed when activating the plugin, and the license number is entered’ are you confirming that I do not need to indicate the domains at the checkout stage, and that the two domains are only specified when the web developers activate the plugin on WordPress?

I would appreciate your confirmation so I can proceed with the setup.

Thank you.

Yes, the domain is detected by the plugin when you enter the license code after activating it.

At what stage do the domains need to be specified, given that the licence allows a maximum of two domains? Is this done at checkout, or later by the web developers when setting up the plugin on the website?

The check is performed when activating the plugin, and the license number is entered.

Does the ‘site.local’ consume 1 activation? I have a live, staging and 2 local developer domains. I see that ‘localhost’ does not consume one, just making sure that ’.local’ falls under the same category.

Hi
Yes, the .local falls under the same category. If you have an issue, send me a private message with your purchase code, and I’ll verify the associated domains.

Dear Support Team,

I have a WooCommerce Multiple Customer Addresses & Shipping licence.

Purchase code: 4b340be5-93ca-45c6-8247-84e844a42b42 Username: mariluerbetta1 Email: marilu.erbetta@alivini.com

On 02/03/26 we migrated the website where the plugin is installed from alivinitrade.wpenginepowered.com to trade.alivini.com. Since the migration, the plugin has stopped working.

Could you please advise on the best solution?

Would you need to associate the existing plugin licence with the new domain trade.alivini.com, or would the current active licence need to be cancelled (with a refund for the unused period), so that I can activate a new licence for the new domain?

I look forward to your guidance.

Kind regards, Marilu

Hi Marilu, The migration should cause this kind of issue; it eventually asks you to reactivate.

If you report to me what you mean by “stopped working” (i.e., which error you are getting), I can better understand the cause of the issue.

Try also to just delete and reinstall the plugin, it might help.

Dear Author,

Thank you for your reply, but I’m still unclear on the next steps based on the information provided. For example, your statement that “it eventually asks you to reactivate” is unclear – does this mean it will definitely happen or that you are not sure?

To clarify, by “stopped working,” I mean that when a customer accesses their address page (https://trade.alivini.com/my-account/edit-address/), they see the following error message: “There has been a critical error on this website.”

Regarding your suggestion to “try also to just delete and reinstall the plugin, it might help” – this is not actionable advice. I have followed it, and the plugin has now disappeared entirely from WordPress.

I need clear, verified guidance on how to restore functionality.

Additionally, I contacted Envato support, and they confirmed that after migrating to a new domain, the WooCommerce Multiple Customer Addresses licence will stop working, and the only way to resolve it is for the author to reset the purchase code. Your suggestions do not appear to align with this advice.

Please provide concrete steps to resolve this issue, ideally including whether the purchase code can be reassigned to the new domain, and what exact actions I need to take.

I look forward to your prompt response. Thanks a lot.

It depends on how you migrated. If you cloned the site to a new server that is still using the same domain, the activation process doesn’t trigger. I don’t know how this task was performed, so this is why the activation process could not be triggered.

In any case, the plugin doesn’t lead to any critical issues. If you activate it, it will work as usual. If it wasn’t activated, any of its scripts is executed, so no issue can be raised.

What do you mean that the plugin disappeared from WordPress? To reinstall the plugin, you just need to deactivate and delete it. Then click on the “add new” and reupload the plugin package. After that, you will be asked to activate it. It will be listed normally on the plugins page. If, after doing so, the plugin is not listed, it means that something is wrong with your WordPress installation. This, however, doesn’t depend on the plugin.

Regarding the critical message accessing the “my account” page: If the users are getting that error even if the plugin is not installed (as you say is not even listed among the plugins), the issue cannot be caused by it. None of its scripts is executed (because they are not present on the server), so no issue can be caused.

In any case, try activating the WordPress debug mode and debug log (here a guide: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/ ) reperform a test and see if in the debug.log (Iocated in the wp-content folder) are reported more clues about the error.

Good day,

We are using the plugin “Support for WooCommerce Multiple Customer Addresses & Shipping”.

Recently, in the WooCommerce admin order view, we are only able to select a shipping address. The option to select a billing address is no longer visible. Previously, both selection options were available. Now only the shipping address can be selected, and this option appears within the “Billing” section.

Our environment:

WordPress version: 6.9.1

WooCommerce version: 10.5.1

Plugin version: 25.6

HPOS enabled: No

Could you please check whether this is a known change or a bug? If this is related to a setting that needs to be adjusted, we would appreciate it if you could let us know where to find it.

Thank you very much for your support.

Kind regards

Hello,
When you say “recently” you mean that the feature stopped working suddenly? I’ve performed some test, but it does work without any issue: https://ibb.co/cXRF9My8

The latest update did not break that feature. Please ensure the plugin is updated to the latest version and that none of the 3rd party plugin you are using are interfering. Try giving a look at the browser error console to see if further clues are reported.

Hello,

Previously we were able to select two addresses in the order admin: one for billing and one for shipping. Now we can only select the shipping address.

Another strange behaviour is that the selector appears in the Billing section, but when selecting an address it actually fills the shipping fields (see screenshot: https://ibb.co/6CqZQhw ).

Could you please check if something changed regarding this behaviour?

Thank you.

Hello,
no the plugin didn’t change anything about the management of that aspect. Furthermore, if you experienced the issue without touching the plugin code, it means that something external is interfering with that feature.

Try giving a look to the browser console to see if any error is reported. Try also disabling one by one the other plugins to see if the issue still occurs.

Hi! My shop uses WooCommerce with High Performance Order Storage (HPOS) enabled. Does your plugin fully support HPOS? And does it handle additional custom checkout fields like the Germanized Pro VAT number (billing_vat_id)? Thanks!

Hi,
Yes, it is fully compatible.

I’m sorry, but it doesn’t handle additional fields.

Hello Team,

Facing an issue, we are address the form that comes with the plugin, it is not being fetched in the woocommerce email of the order.

Can you help me to fix this issue?

https://spreefloraldesign.com/cart/ https://snipboard.io/B24sxe.jpg https://snipboard.io/Qw25ZC.jpg

Hello,
those info are managed by WooCommerce, not by the plugin. The plugin just fills the order forms (in the checkout page) using the data the user inserted in his address book. It is not implementing any custom form. Once the order is placed, the data is stored in the WooCommerce order by WooCommerce normally (as it happens if the data was manually typed in the form); that process is not altered. Same thing for the display process.

Nice Plugin, but I have a little problem:

Both drop-down fields are dublicated in the checkout page like:

Select an address headline in bold “select an address V” as dropdown “select an address V” as dropdown again ten Prename Surname …

Thanks for any support.

Thank you. the isse you are experiencing could depend on a theme issue. Are you using any custom template/customization for the checkout page? If so, could you try restoring the original to see if the issue still persists?

If we already activated the license in staging, how to transfer the license to production? Production and stagin is different domain, can we activate 1 in production and 1 in staging?

Hi,
Yes, you can activate in two distinct domains (and unlimited times in the same domain, subdomain, and subfolders). So you can activate in 1 production and 1 staging site.

How can we remove the old staging license or how to manage it from our end? Cause we got old staging url need to remove, as already migrated to new staging url, and there is also production url (temporary urll to switch to live url)

You cannot. Once you enable the license for a domain, that’s the one for which you are licensed. In case you need to use the software in more domains, you need to purchase another license.

I tried chrome. but still purchase code is invalid? How to fix

Try using Firefox instead. Make sure also that none of the 3rd party plugins you are using is interfering.

Hi it says purchase code is invalid when i try to activate

Hi,
please make sure you are using a fully HTML5 compliant browser like chrome or firefox.

Hello Team,

The issue that I am facing is that I am not able to see two different addresses for two products that are added to the cart, the feature that the plugin offers.

Settings we have done - https://snipboard.io/EUgnvz.jpg

Website link – https://spree-designs.in10.cdn-alpha.com/

Thanks

Hello,
it might be because you are using WooCommerce blocks instead of the default woocommerce cart page template.

Edit the page and make sure you are using the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode. The plugin requires to use of the standard checkout template (no custom templates or WooCommerce blocks).

Hello Team, We have already enabled the option, but it is still not showing a separate order for the different products.

Can you please check?

https://snipboard.io/1Cow5v.jpg

Thanks

Hello,
From the screenshot, it is not clear if the option has been enabled. It doesn’t show the part where that option is.

I’m sorry, what do you mean it doesn’t show as ” a separate order from the different products”? The plugin doesn’t have a feature to create different orders for each product.

It allows specifying an address for each product and eventually adding a fee.

A friend of mine purchased this plugin and encountered an error. Upon investigation: The plugin creates thousands of session files in “/home/domain.com/.cagefs/var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-php81”. This causes the inode limit to be exceeded. Please fix this urgently. Or code a mechanism to delete the session when it expires or within 24-48 hours.

Please notify us of the update in the changelog section so that we can update the plugin as well.

The plugin doesn’t directly create any of those files. In any case, support must be requested by an account that has a valid purchase and support license associated with it.

Hello Team,

We have added the plugin in the backend. In the front end, there is no option to add a different address for two products.

Please find the details below -

https://spree-designs.in10.cdn-alpha.com/

Thanks

Hi,
For that, you need to enable the following option: https://ibb.co/qFJwcbJF

Please also make sure you are not using WooCommerce blocks. As reported in the plugin description page, this prevents the plugin from working as expected.

Hello, we would like to report a bug:

When adding and saving a new address in the address list in the backend, the entered data does not appear below the corresponding address (the field stays empty). The same happens when clicking “Edit” — no data is shown. However, the values are correctly saved in the database, and the address can be selected with the correct data in the frontend.

We have already performed all standard troubleshooting steps (activated default theme, deactivated all other plugins, cleared caches, etc.) to rule out any conflicts. The issue persists.

We’d appreciate it if you could look into and fix this issue, as it currently makes working in the backend more difficult.

Hello,
I’m sorry, but I’m not able to replicate the issue. When you say in the address list in the backend, to which page are you referring?

If I try to edit the user address via the Users-> user details -> View & Edit (https://ibb.co/NdX3Bv0V ), I can properly add or edit addresses

Note that once you enter an address, the page is reloaded. If something is preventing that, to view the updated data, you need to reload the page.

Hello, I’m referring to the page that you showed in your screenshot.

The issue appears when trying to add or edit a shipping address (https://ibb.co/yFNmW4hd).

Reloading the page doesn’t has any effect.

Kind regards

If you provide a full wp-admin access and FTP access via private message (click on my name, then use the lower-right value), I can try performing some analysis on your installation to try to find the cause of the issue.

Hello. We have a B2B store where customers use a lot this plugin.

And we have the same common issue all the weeks with many customers:

They select one of the shipping address that they have in the dropdown, and modify any of the details of that address, and place the order.

Well, the customeres always think that how they added that new details in the shipping addres, that it’s automatically saved. So in the next orders they don’t review the address and is shipped to a wrong one.

Can you add an option in the settings to “update saved address directly in the checkout when the customer modify any field”.

Thank you!

Thank you for your suggestion. I’ll try doing my best for a future release

Hello,

I am currently experiencing a critical error when activating your plugin. As soon as I activate the plugin, the error appears, preventing proper usage. Critical issues: A PHP session was created by a session_start() function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? If you need any further information from my side, I am happy to provide it.

Thank you very much for your support. I look forward to your prompt help in fixing this problem.

Best regards,

Hi,
I’m sorry, which actions are you performing to get that issue? I’ve performed some tests, and on activation, I’m not experiencing that issue.

The plugin, on init, checks if a php session ID is already initialized. If not, it initializes it. The session ID is used to manage addresses associated with the product. If you are not using that feature, you can simply edit the WCMA_Session.php you find inside the classes\com folder and remove/comment out lines 10 and 11.

Hi, the plugin got conflict with wpallimport plugin, when your plugin enabled, some setting in wpallimport not functioning, please assist

Hi,
If you report to me which error message you are getting and which script is raising the error, I can try implementing a fix.

Try enabling the WordPress debug mode and debug log, reperform a test and see if in the debug.log located in the wp-content folder, more clues are reported.

Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: option[value=”[wcmca_checkout_page_disable_last_used_address_option] Disable “last used address” option”]

I’m sorry, but it doesn’t appear to be a PHP error. It doesn’t report any reference to any script or line.
