I keep receiving “Purchase code is invalid!” when trying to activate the plugin. I’ve confirmed the username and purchase code multiple times.
Please ensure that you are using a fully HTML5-compliant browser, such as Chrome or Firefox, and that none of the third-party plugins you are using interfere with the activation process.

Could you please advise how we can remove the “Ship To” address that appears for each product in the order emails? We’d like to hide that section, as it can sometimes display the wrong address for subscription orders. The correct shipping address already appears in the main shipping address section of the email.
Please let us know the best way to remove that address from the emails.

For that, you can try modifying the templates/order-table-item.php you find inside the plugin directory. You find the text at the top of the file.
You can save the custom version of that file in your theme folder: {them_folder}/woocommerce-multiple-customer-addresses/frontend/

Hello, I purchased your plug-in and activated it. I tried to register a few addresses and use them to choose the shipping addresses, but it didn’t work. The Addresses in the account show the registered address, but the Check out page does not show the registered address, so I cannot select it. I am using the plug-in of B2BKings together. And the country selection on the settings page shows three United. Here is the United State. Which of the three should I choose?

Please, as reported in the plugin description page, the plugin requires you to run the default checkout page template and not alter it in any way (like using a 3rd party plugin). In case, restore the original and see if you still experience the issue.

If not, it means that in your installation, something is preventing to from properly retrieving the countries list. If you have installed any plugin or modification that alters the checkout or addresses management, disable it. Try also to disable one by one the other plugins to see if you still experience the issue.

“the plugin can be activate in only two domains and they cannot be unregistered” is it mean this license can be used for 2 different domains? And website.com and staging.website.com counted as 1 license? Is there anyway to unregister license? as our staging site is not park under the actual domain yet
Yes, once you license the plugin for a domain, it cannot be licensed for use in another domain.
website.com and staging.website.com count as the same domain. You can also reactivate an unlimited number of times on the same registered domain.

I’m reaching out regarding a compatibility issue between your plugin and my checkout plugin, CheckoutWC. Unfortunately, also the VAT ID check is not functioning as expected. Specifically:
The plugin does not properly validate whether the VAT ID is correct.
It behaves merely as a text input field without validation.
Additionally, it dosen’t autofills address fields based on the VAT ID.
Given these issues, I would appreciate further support to resolve this. If a fix isn’t available, I would like to request a refund.

The plugin doesn’t have any feature to validate or autofill the VAT number. The Envato refund policy won’t grant a refund for a feature the plugin never claimed to have. Please ensure you have also read the paragraph about the custom checkout form (description page).

Hi, I’m sorry the plugin is not designed for that and there isn’t an easy modification I can suggest to achieve that.
When I choose an address from my list all fields are field correct but they remain inactive (Only state change to green) If I use tab for example to pass all fields they became green. In this stage if I change the address with and other one from the list it returned correct with all fields in green. If I reload the page I have to start over. I have try deactivate all plugins and with a default theme with the same result. Please help. (WordPress 6.8.1, Avada 7.12.1, Woo 9.9.5)

Hi,
You need to use the default WooCommerce checkout template. Using custom forms or pages might prevent the default actions/filters from being triggered by WooCommerce. This will make the plugin “unaware” that the checkout page is rendered, so it won’t be able to inject its data. More details are reported on the Custom checkout form notice in the plugin page.
Hello! This plugin is causing a critical issue when I check the site health: “A PHP session was created by a session_start() function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests.”
For this PHP session_start() function call, it is mostly a webdev issue related to the plugin code, it is not related to Wordpress.
The error log returned this:

I have just purchased and installed your plugin and have a question that I have not been able to solve so far. I have created several test addresses (delivery and billing addresses) in the ‘My account’ area. On the checkout page, I see a dropdown field for selecting from the delivery addresses I have created. For the billing addresses, however, I do not see a dropdown field to select from the billing addresses I have created. How can I fix this?

Ensure also you have not altered in any way the checkout form in any way by adding/removing/customizing fields. Ensure also to be using the standard checkout form and not the WooCommerce blocks.

I’m sorry, I haven’t tested the plugin with that one. It might be that when switching to a customer, that plugin is not refreshing the page. So the address menu is not refreshed.

I’m sorry, but it is not possible due to security reasons. The user ID is managed by the backend by reading the ID from the session. There is no mechanism to pass that id from the frontend.

Try looking at the browser error console to see if any further clues are reported. Try also disabling the other plugins, one of them might be including some javascript files interfering with the plugin libraries.
