Hello Reward Loyalty team. First of all, congratulations on the script; the design and user experience are truly impeccable.

I’ve noticed that the platform currently includes a module for Email Marketing campaigns. I would like to ask if you have plans to include independent modules in your roadmap for:

Traditional SMS: For bulk messaging directly to mobile carriers.

WhatsApp (via API): An official, stable integration for automated notifications and campaigns.

For a professional loyalty and rewards program, being able to send promotions directly to customers’ mobile devices—clearly differentiating between the SMS channel and the WhatsApp API channel—would be an addition of immense value for us.

Do you have plans to implement these modules in the near future? Thanks in advance for your response!

Thanks for the kind words. Email campaigns are what’s included for now. You do get full source code to add what you need. What we can do depends on sales and resources, we can’t make (public) promises since this is sold for a low one-time fee: https://rewardloyalty.co/docs/getting-started/feature-requests-and-pricing

I am noticing that turning on the Anonymous members creates a ton of dead accounts. Just from hitting the front page, perhaps tucking this auto account creation behind clicking login or when going through the QR code or link, but not for the home page, about, terms etc.

Also, maybe a little setting that allows if anonymous member hasn’t joined a club or card withing X days/months/year, auto delete the dead account.

This way the database isn’t getting chunked up with dead accounts, and make the user list less tedious.

Just a thought of suggestion.

Thanks for the suggestion. Feature requests go through support tickets rather than comments: codecanyon.net/item/reward-loyalty/46120964/faqs/59354

Just wanted to give you props for the updated to address this. rock solid work.

You’re welcome!

Hey friend, how are you? Are you by any chance going to let us know how many clubs a business can have? Thanks

There’s no limit to the amount of clubs a partner can have. For support please send a message: https://codecanyon.net/item/reward-loyalty/46120964/faqs/59354

Are you going to create an option to limit clubs?

hi, pre-sales question:

is it possible to define display formats for numerical values, financial amounts and dates with time when translating into another language

Localization is handled, yes. You can see this in the demo: https://rewardloyalty.co/demo

You are doing a great job and the app looks amazing now, just a few suggestions from my side on the pages eg: https://demo.rewardloyalty.co/en-us/about The icons are in primary color then the shadows should also be in the same colors, on RTL the margins are not getting adjusted as per the direction. On the stamp cards in the reward section the arrow is not flipping as per language direction, and similar issues are there site wide. Rest the application is super amazing. You have done a great job.

Thanks! Issues will be addressed in the next update. For bug reports, please use support: https://codecanyon.net/item/reward-loyalty/46120964/faqs/59354

Hello. Sorry, but your response is still confusing to me. I will restate the question. I reiterate that I want to offer my customers the loyalty card service as a gift. I will not charge for this service. Does the regular license allow registering multiple accounts, multiple businesses, or partners? Thank you for your patience.

I can only interpret that as a package deal. Otherwise anybody could say “purchase our service, loyalty platform access included” and call it free.

For questions about which license applies to your use case, check Envato’s terms or contact their support directly: https://codecanyon.net/licenses/standard

They can advise on whether your scenario requires a Regular or Extended license.

Hello, the product interests me, But I do humanitarian work, like Amnesty International. Now I would like to use it to generate membership badges for my NGO association, is that possible? For example, checking if a member is actually from our NGO or not

Hi, it’s a loyalty platform, not an identity management platform. For these specific features you’d have to modify the source code.

Hi, where can I get more information, including the price of Stampify?

For info on that contact us directly.

Your script is good, and visit possible for the admin to create a card or voucher which will be redeemed any partner business. Like when people become members and they will receive welcome gifts from the admin and they can redeem points from some partner business?

Please send feature requests and support inquiries via support tickets: https://codecanyon.net/item/reward-loyalty/46120964/faqs/59354

Hello, it would be good if the script included a network-based search feature, where each network displays its associated clubs and campaigns. This is very important for those of us who have extended licenses and will be working with merchants across different areas.

Hi team. Thanks for your wonderful work a,d for Anonymous member features. But when it is activated, it is impossible to check if email of cutomer is real email. Could you use always OTP feature to check email for each customer.

> Hello. I would like to purchase this script, but I have a question. Please confirm the following:

I have a SaaS script for digital restaurant menus, and I would like to add a loyalty card service for free for my clients (restaurant owners) who purchase my menu. However, I need each of them to have their own assigned account, with a username and password, so they can create and manage their campaigns independently.

Is this possible with the regular license?

Thank you

Hello. Sorry, I forgot I already answered that question. I’d like to know about the support process?

Hi, if you add this to a paid service, the extended license is required. Also read this on SaaS: https://rewardloyalty.co/docs/getting-started/who-is-this-for

Support is by email: https://codecanyon.net/item/reward-loyalty/46120964/support

Hi, Is this saas based platform?

It supports multi business but no built-in subscription billing: https://rewardloyalty.co/docs/getting-started/who-is-this-for

Can extensions be developed for this app? Can I add extra functionality without interfering with new updates?

There’s no plugin system integrated. Full source code is included, but updates may overwrite modified files.

Hello, is there a module for physical or online direct raffles that businesses can offer to their customers?

There’s no raffle module. Current features are in the demo at https://rewardloyalty.co/demo and docs https://rewardloyalty.co/docs

Hello, I have reviewed the script and the feedback is very positive. It looks like an interesting solution for restaurant loyalty programs, and I would like to evaluate its commercial fit. I would like to understand how the loyalty card generation works:

Are the cards created manually one by one? Is it possible to generate them in bulk and assign them to customers later? Additionally, I am interested in a more automated flow. I currently operate a digital menu SaaS for restaurants that works through QR codes. When a customer scans the menu, a welcome popup is displayed, for example:

“Your welcome gift: we offer you a loyalty card with X points for your visit.” From this popup, the customer can click a button to claim the points, which redirects them to WhatsApp. A WhatsApp CRM then replies automatically, requests some basic information via a form, and based on that data, the loyalty card is created with the predefined initial points. This type of automation allows the restaurant to: Easily capture customers Create loyalty cards without manual intervention Maintain ongoing communication via WhatsApp (promotions, daily menu, etc.)

In this context, I would like to know: Does the script support this type of automation or integration?

Does it allow customers to create their own loyalty card through a form with minimal data? I look forward to your response to assess whether this solution fits into our commercial offering.

Thank you in advance for your time.

Thanks for the interest. Customers sign up themselves through the web interface, cards aren’t generated or assigned.

Best to check the demo at https://rewardloyalty.co/demo and docs at https://rewardloyalty.co/docs , but what you describe seems custom development.

I saw some people are asking for adding raffle in the feature and I am also interested the raffle system with spinning wheels where partners/shop owner can different rewards on the wheel and custom can click a button to make the wheel rotate and he can can win the prize when the wheel stops

Thanks for sharing! We try to keep feature discussions and requests out of comments: https://codecanyon.net/item/reward-loyalty/46120964/faqs/59354

I see. If I buy the regular license and later I decide to upgrade to the extended license, I’ll only pay the difference price right?

Yes, you only pay the difference. Envato handles the upgrade process: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005593503-If-I-choose-the-wrong-license-or-need-to-upgrade-my-license-how-easy-is-it-to-change-to-the-correct-license

I don’t know if they refund the regular and then charge the extended, but it comes down to only paying the difference.

Include the error log as described here so we can address the issue: https://rewardloyalty.co/docs/troubleshooting/support

I’m not asking for help or support, I’m reporting a bug. You should have a simple form for submitting reports if you don’t like being contacted this way. It’s frustrating and in poor taste to have to write via email. I don’t want you to change your business model, just make things easier for those of us out here. You avoid comments like these on CodeCanyon, so take this as advice. This isn’t the only script we’ve purchased, and developers have found better ways to manage things than email. Take it or leave it, but this is the only script where reporting a bug is so complicated.

You’ve already sent multiple emails without issue. I couldn’t reproduce this issue, so if you can send the log that would be helpful. This is how support works on CodeCanyon.

I think there’s a bug in the stamp logic when a user collects all their stamps and a staff member needs to issue the reward. I currently have a stamp card with exactly 6 stamps. When the last stamp is collected, it should give a $50 bonus to another loyalty card, but I have it set up so that a member of our team has to scan the QR code to issue the reward. I see that the $50 reward arrives immediately. Shouldn’t it wait for the staff member to scan the QR code before the points are actually transferred to another loyalty card? That would be the logical thing to do. Or what’s your logic behind this? I really like your script and the effort you’re putting into the updates. Great work! Cheers, bro!

Thanks for the kind words! For support and feature discussions we ask you to open a ticket, here’s why: https://codecanyon.net/item/reward-loyalty/46120964/faqs/59354

Hello,

I am very interested in purchasing the Extended License of your “Reward Loyalty” script to launch a SaaS business in the US market.

However, I noticed that the script does not seem to have a built-in Payment Gateway or Subscription Manager for Merchants (SaaS Tenants).

Could you please clarify the following points regarding the billing workflow:

Subscription Automation: How can I automate the "Account Creation" and "Account Expiry" based on payments? Is there an existing API or Webhook available?
(My goal is to connect an external billing system like Stripe, WooCommerce, or WHMCS to your script. When a client pays, their account is created. If payment fails, the account is suspended).
Expiry Date Management: Does the Super Admin panel allow setting an "Expiry Date" for a specific merchant account? Does the system automatically lock the account when this date is reached?
Custom Development: If these features are missing, is the code modular enough for a developer to easily integrate a payment gateway (like Stripe) for monthly subscriptions?

I need a fully automated SaaS flow (Payment -> Account Activation) to proceed with the purchase.

Thank you for your clarification.

Please read this on the current state of SaaS: https://rewardloyalty.co/docs/getting-started/who-is-this-for

Thank you for your reply. I have read your documentation. If I may suggest an option, it would be to give your client (like myself) the ability to activate or deactivate the payment system, such as Stripe, and to choose the appropriate subscription.

Sincerely.
