Popular questions for this item

Licensing: Regular vs Extended

Both licenses include identical source code and all features. The difference is how you use it commercially.

Regular License

One end customer. Your own business, a single client project, or one installation per client if you’re an agency.

Extended License

Multiple businesses pay you to use the same installation. White-label reselling, franchise networks, or agencies running all clients on shared infrastructure.

Not sure? Start with Regular. You can upgrade later if your model changes.

Important

Reward Loyalty is self-hosted software, not a SaaS platform. There’s no automated billing or subscription management. You can manually set business limits, but you’ll need to handle billing yourself.

For detailed business models, see Who Is This For? in our docs.

What’s Included in Support

Support covers bugs, installation issues, and clarifications on documented features. If something isn’t working as documented, we’ll help.

Before reaching out

Check the documentation first. Most questions are answered there. If you’re still stuck, tell us what you tried.

How to reach us

Use the support system: Contact Author. Support is included for 6 months and can be renewed through Envato.

What we help with

  • Bugs in our code
  • Installation problems
  • Configuration questions (when docs aren’t clear)
  • Clarifying expected behavior

What falls outside support

  • Custom development or feature building
  • Server configuration, hosting issues, or DNS
  • Third-party code you’ve added
  • Teaching Laravel, PHP, or general web development
  • Logging into your server

We can point you in the right direction, but we can’t do the work for you.

Bug reports

Found a bug? We fix those regardless of support status. Include steps to reproduce it.

Features and Updates

Reward Loyalty is a complete product. The demo shows exactly what you get. If what you see works for you, buy it. If it doesn’t, don’t.

Updates

We release bug fixes, security patches, and improvements regularly. Lifetime updates are included. One-click updates require active support; manual updates work without it.

Feature requests

We don’t build features on request. We focus on stability, security, and features that serve the widest range of users. Your suggestion might align with our roadmap, or it might not.

You have the source code

Every license includes complete, unencrypted source. If you need something we don’t provide, you can build it yourself or hire a Laravel developer. The codebase is standard Laravel — plenty of developers can work with it.

For the complete philosophy, see Feature Requests & Pricing in our docs.

Why not comments?

Comments are for pre-sale questions. For anything after purchase, use support tickets.

Tickets let us verify your license, track the conversation, and attach files. They’re suited for troubleshooting. Comments aren’t.

Comments also stick around forever. A bug from 2023 might be fixed in 2024, but the comment stays. Confusing people who read it later.

Feature requests in comments

We don’t discuss feature requests in comments. See our approach to feature requests for details.
