I am using Active eCommerce CMS for my website bdamin.com.
I would like to request a new feature for Cash on Delivery orders.
Requirement: - Customer must pay a fixed or percentage-based advance amount during checkout. - Remaining amount will be paid at the time of delivery. - Admin should be able to control the advance amount (fixed or percentage). - Order status should clearly show advance paid and due amount.
This feature is very important to reduce fake COD orders and increase order confirmation reliability.

I would like to share a few important suggestions regarding the carrier-based shipping system.
I am a user from Bangladesh. In our country, shipping zones need to be configured district-wise. Additionally, courier companies here set their pricing in multiple tiers — such as Inside Dhaka, Outside Dhaka, and other area-based categories — with different rates for each.
Although your current carrier system allows manual configuration (Like:https://prnt.sc/HEOxO28i4FHY ), the process becomes complicated at checkout. As a result, customers often feel confused or frustrated and leave without completing their orders. Most customers prefer a simple, one-click order completion process. I hope I have been able to clearly explain the issue.
Therefore, I kindly request you to review and improve this option with priority consideration.
My second request is regarding shipping calculation methods. Alongside the flat-rate shipping system, it would be extremely helpful if a weight-based shipping option could also be integrated.
I believe these improvements would greatly benefit users in Bangladesh and enhance the overall customer experience.

This is not possible for app users, as Google and Apple approvals are granted based on the base version and defined policies. Any changes beyond that scope require separate review and approval, which restricts applying this for app users.

And if the customer orders, a link will go to his My Account download option. By clicking on that link, he will be able to download his digital product. Each product will have an expiration date. After that specific date, that link will be automatically hidden. Currently, the seller wallet only has an AVAILABLE BALANCE. It should be upgraded to include AVAILABLE BALANCE and PENDING BALANCE.
PENDING BALANCE should hold all UNDELIVERED product payments, and sellers must NOT be allowed to withdraw from it.
AVAILABLE BALANCE should only contain payments for DELIVERED products, and sellers can withdraw only from this Available balance.
All refunds for UNDELIVERED products should be processed directly from the PENDING BALANCE, no need to contact the seller to return money.
For DELIVERED products that need return and refund, should follow the normal return process (customer returns the product first before refund is processed).

by the way, you have a typo in the description of new v10.5. says OTP v3.0 and it should say OTP v3.1, please fix that it can mislead users to the wrong version of the addon for the new features
