You can find the source code for the base theme @ resources/sass, including the _variables.scss, which you can use to modify most of the theme aspects.

Once you have edited your files, you can build the new theme by running npm run prod on the root project dir. Can’t recall exactly the node requirements but node 16+ should do it.

As far as I know, other platforms are doing the same. I will, however, look into this further. Maybe we can create an embedded player w/o loosing current. I’ll create a ticket on this matter.

As for the suggested profiles on the homepage, yes, that’s a good idea as well. I’ll make a note on this one as well. Overall, we do want to improve many aspects of the homepage further (even though many people choose their login page as the homepage, as other popular platforms do).

Is this consistent with all mp4 files, or only this video sample? Are you using ffmpeg/coconut video transcoding?

There is one weird scenario I observed, when the PHP post_max_size/max_file_upload value isn’t properly set, so the file doesn’t get fully uploaded, and the file mime-type check fails (I suspect this might be the case as well).

I use Coconut, but the problem persists when disabled.

With Coconut disabled, It worked uploading a 600 KB MP4 file. Failed with a 16 MB one.

With Coconut enabled, I can’t upload anything. Making the same test, uploading the 600kb file, I obtain the following message: Undefined variable $coconutJob

While uploading the 16 MB file, the message is the same “The file field must be a file of type: png, jpg, jpeg, wav, mp3, ogg, mp4, avi, mov, moov, m4v, mpeg, wmv, avi, asf.”

In PHP settings, post_max_size/max_file_upload = 1024 MB, the same as in the platform settings.

The platform has been mainly targeting multi-creator scenarios, but with a couple of settings, you can make it friendly towards single-creator scenarios (seen people using it like this with success); if that’s what you’re asking.

I started experiencing the following database error after scheduling several posts. The issue appears only when there are many scheduled posts for a user.

Error message:SQLSTATE²²⁰⁰⁷: Invalid datetime format: 1292 Incorrect datetime value: ‘2026-03-08 02:12:08’ for column `attachments`.`updated_at`

Context:

The error started appearing after users began scheduling multiple posts. When the system processes these scheduled posts, it attempts to insert records into the attachments table and fails with the datetime error. but then that error disappears

Example query from the log: insert into `attachments` (`id`, `user_id`, `filename`, `type`, `driver`, `coconut_id`, `has_thumbnail`, `has_blurred_preview`, `length`, `updated_at`, `created_at`) values (472001f403a146f98f06a0d12d8328a7, 11, posts/images/472001f403a146f98f06a0d12d8328a7.jpg, png, 1, ?, 1, 1, ?, 2026-03-08 02:12:08, 2026-03-08 02:12:08)

A few more questions:

• Are you getting this on the create post page when creating multiple scheduled updates?
• Can you reproduce this constantly?
• If possible, can you send us a DM with your site link and (admin) credentials so we can reproduce it? Or if not, maybe the full laravel.log file?

Overall, you did nothing wrong, but Hostinger is really problematic during update procedures due to a mix of limitations (symlinks) and bugs on their file manager web-app (overwrite action does not actually overwrite).

Overall, your steps are pretty much good. The only exception is that the referral system is creator-targeting. Meaning that users won’t earn a % of the people they refer and spend money, but instead, they will only earn a % out of the earnings of the sold content of creators they referred.

So, the referral system is quite self-explanatory, for any of the users you refer who become creators and sell content, you get a percentage of their earnings.

You can set the percentage amount out of the admin panel, as well as the money and time limit for which referrals are being counted.

Also, that is money that you (as an owner) will have to pay for – but most of the time, this is better than running marketing campaigns – depending on your niche.

This is pretty much the same way OF does it. Hope this makes sense, but do let me know if you have any other questions.
