Hi, greetings. I have some questions before purchasing. Are the following included in the regular version?

1. Does the system allow direct integration with a POS system for automatic updating of points and redemptions, or does it require a custom development?

2. Is there a specific plan or module that enables multi-business (multiple partners) management within the same platform, or is it only possible to manage one business per account?

3. If there is no POS integration, what is the recommended process for redeeming points? Is it fully manual, or is there some partial automation to facilitate this?

As an agency admin, I am truly impressed by what you’ve built. I love the UI/UX of the app but most importantly the strong foundational architecture. Im looking to buy the extended license but help me out w these questions:

1. I agree w your decision not to include a SaaS payment functionality as we handle all payments through our client area. We so however need to be able to automatically create a partner account with specific role using a webhook. Is this possible? 2. I see you do have API keys. I want to be able to automatically trigger points for a partners client from a crm form or updated field. I can trigger an outbound webhook w the proper data. How can I connect these webhooks with your API? 3. I would love to see a Referral Program using your same UI/UX as both programs complement each other. Any plans on building that?

In extended version I saw agentic api. I’m curious about few things (while in beta stage) as per your website.

1) Won’t this need an LLM provider key? Where do i integrate calls to LLM? LLM provider key in admin or partner panel or any config files? (This is ecommerce site – purely on cloud)

2) I also have local on business premise LLM, running more models (DeepSeek, Qwen, Minimax and others – Linux server hybrid cloud) This is a POS and have ERP connected. The business uses hybrid model – meaning for critical things we use local server, for ecomm transactions – its on a cloud server.

so same question as above #1.

Note: in both cases LLM choices are multiple. Business prefers open weight models that supports critical data control & future Ai feature enhancements.

The Agent API is a standard REST API, not an AI service. You use your own LLM/Agent and integrate it with the API in any way you like. You can also use it as a standard REST API. Now, I read more on your RL website, so it is clear. Earlier i was reading old help docs & it was confusing. :-) Thanks for updating help docs too.

FYI: Surprisingly top brand names incl US based payment processors did not think about openai, anthropic going rogue or changing their practices away from guardrails in weeks.

I did talk to lots of our customers / partners – they are definitely going for on premise Ai, especially since the Openclaw bots mess is known to hijack accounts incl their chatbot whatsapp, social accounts, emails etc.

For the referral program i can see that the referrer can share the referral link sending it by email, WhatsApp, etc. It will be more user friendly and easy if the referrer just send a QR code and the referee just has to scan that QR to subscribe and make his first purchase. Are you expecting adding that feature ?

Hello. Very impressed by your wise and mature approach to this project.

I will purchase this script once I see the following bugs in your demo are fixed:

  • 1. The majority of email campaign targeting options are unable to locate users which match the targeting logic criteria, despite the users existing. This makes email campaigns mostly non-functional.
  • 2. Voucher batch creation confirmation screen always shows the batch ‘details section’ incorrectly (always shows 100 vouchers regardless of how many are actually being produced by user).
  • 3. Vouchers created via batch lead to 404 when clicked by partner on the view batch codes screen (clicking any row leads to 404).
  • 4. Sorting voucher codes batch table by “claimed” makes all vouchers disappear and shows “No Batch Vouchers Yet”.
  • 5. Polish language translation is incomplete: Referral landing page missing referrer rewards text in Polish, Loyalty cards when viewed in Polish have missing details on “rules tab” (“Zasady” tab). Also, creating a loyalty card in Polish shows ” : months ” string instead of correct translation when clicking “Zasady” (rules) tab.
  • 6. Administrator disabling partner permission ‘Can Display Cards on Homepage’ does not remove/hide option from partner (leading to confusion as this is contrary to the documentation).
  • 7. Loyalty card creation page forces a minimum of “1” for points transaction rules (partner is unable to set “0” reward for transactions, this makes it impossible to create a card “purely for referral reward bonuses”).

I can confirm the bugs mentioned in points 3, 4, 5, and 8 are fixed.

Below you will find the exact remaining bugs still present from original points 1, 2, 6, and 7:

  • 1. Email campaign targeting options still need the following bug fixes preventing email and campaign creation:

    - Targeting option “Has Voucher – Members with an unredeemed voucher” does not correctly identify members who have added a voucher to wallet but not yet redeemed it, despite such members existing.

    - Targeting option “Almost Complete – Members close to completing a stamp card” does not correctly identify members who have the defined number of stamps remaining on their stamp card, despite such members existing.

    - Targeting option “High Points – Members above a points threshold” does not correctly identify members who have more than the defined minimum points threshold on their card, despite such members existing.

    - Targeting option “Low Points – Members below a points threshold” does not correctly identify members who have less than the defined maximum points threshold on their card, despite such members existing.

    - Targeting option “All Members – Everyone who opted in to emails” does not correctly identify any members who have opted in to promotional emails, despite such members existing.

  • 2. Voucher batch creation confirmation screen (batch generation “review step 3”) still erroneously always shows the batch ‘details section’ incorrectly (always shows “Codes to Generate: 100” and “Potential Reach: 100 Customers” regardless of how many vouchers are actually being generated by user).
  • 6. Administrator disabling partner permission ‘Can Display Cards on Homepage’ does not remove/hide option from said partner on:

    - Voucher create/edit page (displays misleading toggle ‘Visible on homepage for all visitors’ to partner)

  • 7. Although the minimum of “1” for ‘Minimum Number of Points per Purchase’ has been correctly lifted, the loyalty card creation page still prevents creation of a card “purely for referral reward bonuses”, by continuing to force input of a minimum of “1” in the following input fields:

    - “You receive” points input field (should allow “0”)

    - “Maximum Number of Points per Purchase” input field (should allow “0”)

Fixing point 7 above, so that loyalty cards can have the “points earning rate” be 0 and both the purchase “min” and “max” also be 0 would allow us to have a ‘referral bonus only’ card which (correctly) shows the following to members under ‘Rules and Conditions’ tab for the card: “Earning Rate: For each 1 USD spent, you receive 0 points.” “Points Range: Each purchase earns a minimum of 0 points and a maximum of 0 points.”

Hello Reward Loyalty team. First of all, congratulations on the script; the design and user experience are truly impeccable.

I’ve noticed that the platform currently includes a module for Email Marketing campaigns. I would like to ask if you have plans to include independent modules in your roadmap for:

Traditional SMS: For bulk messaging directly to mobile carriers.

WhatsApp (via API): An official, stable integration for automated notifications and campaigns.

For a professional loyalty and rewards program, being able to send promotions directly to customers’ mobile devices—clearly differentiating between the SMS channel and the WhatsApp API channel—would be an addition of immense value for us.

Do you have plans to implement these modules in the near future? Thanks in advance for your response!

I am noticing that turning on the Anonymous members creates a ton of dead accounts. Just from hitting the front page, perhaps tucking this auto account creation behind clicking login or when going through the QR code or link, but not for the home page, about, terms etc.

Also, maybe a little setting that allows if anonymous member hasn’t joined a club or card withing X days/months/year, auto delete the dead account.

This way the database isn’t getting chunked up with dead accounts, and make the user list less tedious.

Just a thought of suggestion.

You are doing a great job and the app looks amazing now, just a few suggestions from my side on the pages eg: https://demo.rewardloyalty.co/en-us/about The icons are in primary color then the shadows should also be in the same colors, on RTL the margins are not getting adjusted as per the direction. On the stamp cards in the reward section the arrow is not flipping as per language direction, and similar issues are there site wide. Rest the application is super amazing. You have done a great job.
