It runs where the minimum requirements are given, but I would use at least a very good shared hosting provider or a VPS.

How come you dont list for easier access acesss to it the script changelog on its intended codecanyon listing page?I just recieved a email notification,mentioning a update,but there is no way of access or knowing how to access it on the listing.

Sir,Im not stating that,what im saying,like majority of codecanyon developers which feature link to change Log,you dont have one listed.Other than recieving notiications from codecanyon,there is no clear cut indication of where to access this type of details on listing itself,especially helpful for clients making decisions based on change log,like we do.You say major update but how do we know that?

Around 2023, I was askin if “Custom Field” would be available with the function like this:

Setting of the custom fields to be only visible to customer or staff or both.

By doing this would help for example:

only visible to the operator, we can TAG a ticket and later the operator might search the ticket based on this custom fields TAG

Few months ago I was upgraded from Regular to Extended, Any plan for a new version ? Latest version was almost 6 months ago

I am hoping there will be some features upgrade specially for improve the workflow using CloudDesk and better User Experience, no more waiting time when some function is sending an email (handling the email sending in the background instead of Blocking Synchronous)

How about adding some basic AI features to it,that shouldnt take that much redesigning of your system.

The current support solution seems outdated like from early 2010, do you have any plan for modernized the ticketing support system to catch up some support solution like workflow, collision detection, team management, kanban, open ticket into a modal, convert a chat into ticket and better UX?

I’m sorry to hear that you feel that way. Currently we have no plans to completely redesign the system.

Not completely redesign the system, but improving the current one for better UX at least.

Current workflow is not feasible for manage many ticket in short time, since each time open or solving a ticket, should go back to the ticket list to findout and solve another ticket. Also when there is many ticket and many support agent, they wont know if a ticket is currently on the hand of another agent since no collision detection

Hope this make sense for your consideration on improving the CloudDesk and make it better SaaS Support Solution

Hi, you can of course write a modification to send the forms to somewhere else, or use your email address where you receive the forms to sync with your tools.

I have downloaded the software 4x and keep getting install errors etc. I was online with my server who stated the following

Okay, i check the config file and for db connection it’s calling a file at include/db.php

But as i check in include folder, the file doesn’t exist, this may cause the error 500 in your app.

The file is not there and I simply have a spinning wheel of death after I input the mysql user details

I have many things that should be come as default for makes CD better as modern Support Solution, but I guess you wont develop it until many request from other users, but no one know as you do not have something like board for Feature Request that is accessible for everyone to make a vote and comment

Thank you. When come the next update with the captcha secure? Without this function is the site by me a big problem….i deleted more as 7000 bots….last night i install all new, today i have again 6 bots register…..it is realy important that we can stop this.

It is super simple to add it into the index.html page. There is not much to do, just follow the ReCaptcha V3 Guideline.
