can it be installed on for instance – support@xyz.com as the support page, while xyz.com is the landing page. can the chat bot be integrated on the main domain as a widget?
The software cannot be installed on an email address it needs a domain or subdomain. In case you want to use wildcard subdomains it needs to be installed on the main domain. The chat widgets can be placed on any website.
Hello I have a pre purchase question which is very important I have been trying out the demo in your official website and the demo for operator admin and user you provided here is what I noticed.
The cgaz widget on your official website => https://jakweb.ch/ is powered by chat gpt and it’s very deferent and efficient. Meaning if I ask a question that has no pre set keyword and responses the chat bot will still respond base on chat gpt and if I tell the chatbot to respond in a particular language it will respond base on chat gpt
But the demo chat widget on the demo site you’ve provided rely solely on operator provided chatbot keyword responses and I do not see any chat gpt responses when interacting with the chatbot => https://clouddesk3.com/demo/link/2/en
And I have been searching for over 24 hours now for an option related to chat gpt and there is none so I assume it is intergrated to work automatically which means in the demo there is no chat gpt interaction while in your website there’s.
So here are my questions;
1 how does the chat gpt work because in your faqs and docs there is nothing related to chat gpt. Or any explanation how the feature works.
2: suppose I create a chatbot for all departments and I do not set keywords and responses then a user opens that chatbot and ask a question how is it supposed to handle it because in the demo it doesn’t respond meanwhile if you say chat gpt is intergrated then it should be able to provide a response regardless.

Hi, that is way we developed zipp.chat. We used a different technology for zipp.chat to achieve this. Sadly with Cloud Desk 3 this is not possible with good performance.

Clint companies called operator right for example my clint need some change that change that he or she don’t know how then in that i have to access there dashboard so how can access that operator dashboard
in my other website i can manage and make changes in my customer or client accounts but in this SaaS there no option to access customers dashboard
The client has always an option to ask for support, for privacy reasons, the site owner cannot just access the client area. However the client can of course always provide access to the site owner.
but how is it not uncomfortable to ask for id pass to clients for support or anything else
as there POV we are the creators if this website and we don’t have access to handle problems from there panel what an a idea

We have Cloud Desk 3 and Cloud Chat 3 for many Years now, many live sites and many happy customers. We have never received a request to have admins access to the client areas and their data. It seems that no one needs this and our clients are more happy to provide this privacy to their clients. When you have a license, feel free to request this feature or ask us for customise the software so you can have access to your clients data.
how can your clients handle any fraudulent activities and toxic things and illegal activities how can they track this things

Pre sale question I own a licence of Help Desk, This Cloud desk in intended to be a service provider for support solution meaning that customer will have their private backend and frontend kind of its own Help Desk? is that correct or I’m wrong? May be a stupid question but is better to ask than repent.
Hi, this is correct. Cloud Desk 3 is the SaaS from Helpdesk 3. Your clients will be able to have virtual accounts with their private area for supporting their clients. Please note if you like to charge your customers you will need the extended license.

Do you mean to embed the chat into any website? If so, yes that is possible, you can also embed the support and faq area. Simply copy/paste a provided code.

It is available under the chat widget, edit a chat widget and you will find the embed code. It will work on all websites and of course cross domain as well.
