Hi, I’m trying to activate my FileBird Pro license, but it says the license is already activated on another domain and the activation fails.
The website was recently redesigned and a new WordPress installation was published. The previous WordPress site has already been removed.
How can I activate the license again? Thank you!

Normally, you will need to deactivate the license key on the current domain and then re-activate it on the new domain to migrate the key.

Hi, do you plan to make your plugin compatible with : https://codecanyon.net/item/leopard-wordpress-offload-media/23728788 . Your plugin redirects to homepage and refuses to delete offloaded media in conjunction to this. However, this is an amazing plugin and would help your users a lot if you integrate. View is all ok. Just trying to delete media (and probably other actions) will not work. Thanks for letting us know for the future.

sure. Update though: The real culprit was rank math seo plugin which was injecting js compromising media modal delete. I will anyway put the name in your board since for now, your plugin seems to work but an official confirmation will increase your sales

We have an issue where you create a folder, drag drop multiple images (ie. 10) onto that folder. Then theres no indication they’re uploading. but they end up inside ‘all files’ instead of the folder I selected.
However, if you click the “Add Media File”, then “Select Files” and use the OS finder to select the 10 files, and upload them, then it works fine.

Hello Is it possible in the new update, username folder to appear at the frontend, example: 1) Problem I sign in as a member or subscriber but I cant locate my Username folder at the frontend.
2) When I login from the frontend user, can I only see my Image file folder, I don’t want the see others or all image libraries folder. Is this possible? I just want to see my folder.

Yes, FileBird does support WordPress Multisite. You can use it across multiple websites within the same network.
Each site can manage its own media folders separately, and the content of each domain/site can be completely different. Just activate FileBird on the network or on individual sites depending on your setup.

I have been able to download folders, but unfortunately, dragging the folders into the browser window to upload them isn’t working for me. Instead, a new tab would open to view the folder from my disk, as usual. I tried this in Chrome and Edge so far.
I saw something about “Grid mode” in the tutorial, but I’m not seeing a way to activate this mode.

Hi. I have seen this error today, as i was on holiday.
When i try to upload an image, it doesnt upload and in the console it throws: QuotaExceededError: Failed to execute ‘setItem’ on ‘Storage’: Setting the value of ‘filebird’ exceeded the quota.
This has happened suddenly and dont understand why. I have deactivated all plugins and switched theme, but it is when i activate filebird pro when the error occurs, with all other plugins deactivated. Have increased the memory_limit and max_file_upload_size but nothing. Also tried with the latest version, and rolling back to previous version. And this didnt happened some weeks ago, can’t say as i have been on holiday.
What is the solution? Thx

The error “QuotaExceededError: Failed to execute ‘setItem’ on ‘Storage’” indicates that the browser’s local storage (localStorage) is full, and the FileBird Pro plugin cannot save any more temporary data to manage the media library.
To fix it:
Clear the browser cache and local storage (you can do this from your browser options under “Settings” → ‘Privacy’ → “Clear browsing data”). Close and reopen the browser. If you use extensions that store a lot of data, try temporarily disabling them.
And indeed, it has been fixed, so it seems that it was not a problem with the plugin… It was a surprise, because the plugin has always worked perfectly…
