1. You need to download the PRO version from where you purchased from here: https://codecanyon.net/downloads2. Then, delete the lite version from your site (if you have it installed), and upload the PRO version to your site.
3. Then, activate the license like this: https://ninjateam.gitbook.io/filebird/introduction/license/activate-license

I’m currently using FileBird on my website https://stumbleguymod.com/ and I’ve encountered a strange issue with how the plugin interacts with my theme.
Whenever I try to organize media into folders using FileBird, the media thumbnails either don’t display correctly or completely disappear in the Media Library grid view. The issue seems to only happen when my theme is active — switching to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-One) resolves it, so I believe there’s a conflict between FileBird and my current theme.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue, or is there a known compatibility problem with certain themes? I’d appreciate any guidance or update on this.

I have the following message “This license was used with staging5.e-cog.ca, please purchase another license, or contact support” when I try to put my licence in my Wordpress. I’ve been using your plugin for a while on the site.
However, despite having a high-performance dedicated server, the Media folder with Filebird active is rather slow, we have about 200GB of files.
We also did a test to understand what slows it down and it seems to be the use of javascript. Which makes it extremely fluid when you don’t have so many files.
How can I solve it?
Is there a way to disable Javascript and use it with minimum resources?
Otherwise I will be forced to delete it.

Hello, I am using the free version of FileBird, and it only hides the user folder name. However, when accessing “All Files,” all documents are visible. Does the same issue exist in the Pro version?

hello. Will the pro version show me which images are not “Attached”? meaning are in the server (uploads) in the WP media library and showing in the post. But if I click on the image and open the media library they are not auto-selected. I have to find them and select them manually
This happened when I moved my site to a new host and the images didn’t import. I uploaded them in the server via ftp

Please note that FileBird only deals in virtual folders, so it does not alter file arrangement or location at the File manager/uploads folders level.
Also, unfortunately, FileBird does not have function which lets you know which image is attached to a post and which is not.
