Try using a different browser, like Firefox. Try also disabling the other plugins; one of them might be interfering. The validation is performed by the Envato systems.

Once you register a domain, the associated domain uniquely identifies the website that will become the end product for which you are licensed to use the software.
However, the plugin activation system allows you to activate the license on two domains (the second one should be for testing purposes). On each domain, you can activate unlimited subdomains and subfolders.
If you have used all of these options, you will need to purchase another license to comply with the Envato usage policy.

Because emails are sent by WooCommerce, not by the plugin. The plugin injects tracking data into the email sent by WooCommerce. Just clicking the “update” button doesn’t trigger any email to be sent. I am already using the latest version of Google Chrome. I also tested it with Firefox, tried incognito mode, and even disabled all extensions, but I still keep getting the “Purchase code is invalid!” error.
I copied the purchase code directly from my Envato Downloads → License Certificate & Purchase Code section, but the plugin still does not accept it. The domain I am activating the plugin on is: baskibu.com (not localhost).

The “purchase code is invalid” has nothing to do with the activation limit. It seems that Envato is not capable of validating your code. This, however, 99.9% of the time, is caused by the usage of a browser that is not capable of properly executing the JavaScript library used to validate the code.
If you renew your support license and you share FTP and the wp-admin, I can log into your system and try activating it for you.

Yes, the plugin cannot provide visual information about a custom company that you manually inserted. That’s a feature available only for the companies that are already defined. It is quite obvious, it is reported in the plugin description page (https://ibb.co/1fVYvQhy ) and can be tested at any moment before any purchase via the plugin demo site, where its feature can fully be tested to be sure it actually works as you expect.
The custom company URL can only redirect you to the company tracking page you inserted. You have to make sure that the URL you are using allows you to pass as a parameter the tracking number which is then used by the page to display the tracking info. If the courier doesn’t have that feature, this has nothing to do with the plugin.

I’ve noticed that they’re adding ads to the tracking URL. What bad practices! It’s supposed to be a paid plugin, and they’re not telling me it’s not true because this has happened twice now. I hope they fix it, or I’ll have to file a report with Envato/CodeCanyon.
The plugin is paid, the tracking sevice (that is not part of the plugin) is a paid service. You have for free, but it could happen some ads (that are not in control of them plugin). It still a good deal for one time purchased compared to recurring billing services like trackingmore, aftership or 17track
In any case, the plugin has a demo site that allows to test it’s behavior before any purchase to be sure its mechanisms fit the user needs.

The plugin injects the tracking data into the WooCommerce notification emails; it doesn’t create any custom “Completed Order email”. You will need to eventually edit the WooCommerce email templates to achieve your desired outcome.

It seems that you are overflowing the tracker wth requests, so the server is recognizing your requests as a DoS attack. Slow the number of requests and you will experience the issue no more.
