Subject: Request to Improve Guest Checkout Navigation on Mobile ​”I am writing to request an urgent improvement to the mobile user experience. Currently, the interface does not provide a persistent ‘View Cart’ option for guest users. Once a guest adds an item and navigates away to browse more products, they lose access to their cart entirely. ​Standard e-commerce practice requires a sticky header or footer with a visible cart counter. Without this, our guest customers are unable to complete their purchases after adding multiple items. Could you please prioritize a fix that ensures the cart icon is always accessible for guests?”

Serious problems with shipping price calculation and offline payments are not showing up for the customer.

I ask that others verify this as well.

Please product card setting. Like mostly clothing brand shows product in portrait 4:5 ratio. Clothing brand images does not fit into 1:1 ratio. Image cropped in 1:1 ratio. Thanks

Regarding the v10.4 update mention of ‘Enhanced filtering & faster search for large order volumes’ – is this optimization strictly for the Admin Panel order management, or does it also improve the front-end product search performance?

I would like to report a formatting issue regarding the attribute display in the “See Screenshot” section. Currently, there is insufficient spacing between the attribute values, causing the text to run together.

Issue: Missing whitespace/padding between separate attributes.

Expected Behavior: A clear visual separation (space or delimiter) between values to improve readability and User Experience (UX).

Hi team, your script is great with many features of ecommerce. But we really need server side tracking system. Without it, ads tracking on Facebook, google, TikTok and other media is blocked by the browser. I think almost everyone needs this. Though custom development is available, it’s not updated proof. So you can implement this in main item or create a dedicated addon for advance tracking management. It will make the script perfect.

we are getting “frontend.portfolio.index” not found issue, so please fix this issue in your latest files and let me know so that we can download it again, there is no folder called “portfolio” under frontend.

In no POS system worldwide is a shipping address required when selecting a walk-in customer. It is not practical to enter shipping information every time for POS sales. Kindly remove or disable the shipping address option for walk-in customers.

I have been using your script for a long time and running my business successfully. The only reason I customized the code was to enable Facebook CAPI via GTM dataLayer, as this feature is currently not available in the core system.

I previously requested native CAPI integration multiple times, even as a paid add-on, but it was not implemented. At present, running an eCommerce business without server-side tracking is not practical. Significant ad spend without proper data tracking leads to data loss and poor optimization.

Facebook CAPI is now a global standard for eCommerce, not a country-specific requirement. Most buyers of this script are eCommerce business owners, and CAPI has become essential for long-term business sustainability.

My customization was strictly business-critical and limited in scope. I strongly believe that adding native Facebook CAPI and GTM dataLayer support to the core system would greatly benefit all users while reducing the need for customization.

About which bug you are saying about?

I’ve tried to cache routes for optimization. But there are too many missing class (missing controller) and duplicate route name. That prevents route caching. We are missing the routes cache. Is your code structure made this way or the problem is in my script only?

How to update stock in bulk? Because when doing a bulk upload with new stock, the products get duplicated.

SKU would be unique key.

At this moment, a separate stock update process is not available. So by product editing you can do this now. However, we are currently working on an Inventory System for this item. Once it is released, you will be able to manage stock updates and related processes more efficiently.

guys after the last update, all old data was imported and old sellers like adidas was imported too and cannot be deleted when trying to delete adidas it redirects to site.com/admin/sellers/destroy/252 and get an error Something went wrong! Hello team,We need multiple Order Delivery Status options that can be manually assigned and changed by admin.

This is important because orders may have different outcomes such as Received, Return, Partial Return, or Full Return. Without these statuses, proper order and return management becomes difficult.

Why “Classified Products” not appears in the search field or in the Categories or Brands ?
