I have purchased the “Foodie” application and I am currently deploying it.
I am writing to you because we are facing strict banking and regional restrictions that completely prevent us from verifying a billing account (Credit Card) on Google Cloud Platform. Consequently, we cannot enable any paid Google services (like Firebase Storage or paid APIs).
Since we have our own high-performance VPS, we need to configure the system to be fully Self-Hosted and remove dependencies on Google’s paid cloud services.
Please provide the exact configuration steps for the following:
Storage: We need to disable Firebase Storage completely. How can we configure the Laravel backend and Flutter app to upload and retrieve images directly from the local VPS public folder?
Authentication: Since we cannot use the paid tier of Firebase Auth, we need to rely solely on the database authentication (Phone/Password) hosted on our VPS. Please confirm the settings to bypass Firebase Auth checks.
General Dependency: Apart from FCM (which is free), we need to ensure the app does not crash or demand a Google Billing Account for any other background service.
Note: Since the script supports OpenStreetMap (OSM), the map issue is already resolved. Our main blocker now is Storage and Authentication.
As a customer who purchased a complete source code, I expect a guide on how to utilize my own server resources (VPS) instead of being forced into third-party paid subscriptions like Google Cloud, which are inaccessible in my region.
I am looking for a configuration guide, not a paid customization service.

We would like to clarify that the Foodie application is built with Firebase services (including Authentication and Storage) as core dependencies. This requirement is clearly mentioned on the CodeCanyon product page as well as in the official documentation as a disclaimer before purchase.
Limitations related to Google Cloud billing or bank verification are beyond our control. Replacing Firebase services with custom VPS-based storage and authentication would require code-level changes and is not covered under standard support.

I would like the company to be able to see the employees registered on the platform, their orders, as well as the list or reports of those orders, etc. The company should have access only to the information that concerns it.

Currently, when I create a company account, even with a minimal role, I notice that it has access to the entire dashboard, including figures that do not concern it exclusively.

However, this can be achieved through customization based on your requirements. You can either implement those changes on your end, or we can handle it for you as a separate custom request—whichever works better for you.

you have used google_maps_place_picker_mb dependency which is 16 KB page size not compatible by google play. is there any solution or update?

Is it possible to set a maximum number of orders assigned to delivery drivers?
For example, if a driver is near the restaurant, can the system select them to pick up two or more orders and deliver them according to a route, prioritizing the closest customer and finally the furthest?
Another question: Orders are assigned automatically based on each restaurant’s configuration, but can a driver receive more orders while waiting for a previous delivery?
For example, if a driver receives order number 1 and is waiting at the restaurant for delivery, and three more customers place orders along the same route or address as customer 1, can the system assign more orders to the same driver? Can they then pick up orders 1, 2, 3, and 4 simultaneously and deliver them according to a system-defined route, for example, delivering order 3 first (due to proximity), then order 1, then order 4, and finally order 2 (because it’s the furthest from the restaurant)?

I am interested in the app. i am a fullstack developer and i will need to make some customisations. I want to disable delivery and only allow directions to restaurant. is this possible?
I only want to allow pickups by customer and show the customer directions to restaurant from their current location.
We already have the takeaway feature included in the script. Customers can place their orders and select the “Takeaway/Pickup” option directly during checkout. No extra customization is required for this feature.

I see there is no documentation for the restaurant app. Does all the apps share the same firebase database? will they have separate database? There is no clarification or documentation.

Also one last thing. I see when i update the database i.e changing a restaurant name it does not reflect on the app. The app still shows stale or old data. Point me to the right direction of what is governing this
