Para configurar correctamente tu correo electrónico, sigue estos pasos:
1. Ve a Configuración del sistema en el menú lateral.
, selecciona la pestaña SMS.
2. Desplázate hacia abajo hasta la sección Correo electrónico.
3. En el primer campo, selecciona SMTP.
4. Rellene los campos con los datos de su proveedor de correo electrónico (nombre de host, nombre de usuario, contraseña, puerto, cifrado).
- Ejemplo para Gmail: smtp.gmail.com, puerto 465, cifrado TLS (o SSL).
Super buggy. Cant edit or view reparations, so many errors that result in the form resetting instead of showing an error. Categories are a must for some reason and forgetting them causes the mentioned form reset. Are there plans to fix this?
Also trying to add reparations, and searching for an item breaks the whole function and the site no longer allows anything to be added.

Why have I still heard nothing on this? After fixing all of your missing let statements in the js along with basic logic issues, going to delete an attachment wipes the whole attachments table in the DB. Theres just no check to see if the key has any data in it so it just deletes any attachment with id ” ” which just so happens to be all of them… I have spent days at this point and the code is spaghetti completely unreadable and there are so many files. This is after I have a ton of data manually entered into it and im just left hanging. I’m actually so frustrated by this.

Need instructions to upgrade to version 3.8. Here I can only find instructions from 3.5 to 3.6.
Change Log 3.7 to 3.8
- Download v3.8
- Take Database & Files Backup.
- Extract 3.8 files in place of 3.7
- Copy application/config/database.php from 3.7 backup to 3.8
- Copy application/config/config.php from 3.7 backup to 3.8
- Copy assets/uploads from 3.7 to 3.8
- Run following in phpMyAdmin:
UPDATE `settings` SET `version` = '3.8';

I have been using the Repairer software and have support needs (I just purchased support on code canyon)1. I do not use this for invoicing; however, the service forms are going as invoices. Is there a setting to change the title from Invoice to “Service Form”?
2. I wasn’t able to auto-send emails or text messages to my clients. I did fill in my email settings, but unable to send service forms as mails. I like this to be automated so that they get text or email once a ticket is created (when a client drops off a device for repair) Also, no text messages were sent (do I need anything special fo sending text using my number?)
3. The signatures that I get from customers while creating the new preparation isn’t being saved. Clients are signing it on iPad and I save it. But if the system creates a pdf, there is no signature. Always empty. And the system doesn’t ask for technician signature, only clients, and that can’t be saved. (Reference screenshot attached)
4.Clients need to input two numbers to check status; 1 internal code 2. repair code. On the demo it was only the repair code. Can this be done with just repair code because it gets more complicated if they have to use 2 codes.
Also, is there a way to update the system, it has been more than 2 years? And can I also create backups?
I’d appreciate it if you can help me with these issues.

1. yes, you can change it. you can simply change the language phrase. in application/language/english/main_lang.php 2,3. i am not sure, it can be due to most probably php version or the incorrect settings. i can tell you after having a look into it. you can contact me with cpanel credentials at uskhan099@gmail.com 4. yes, its possible. but it requires to change the code. 5. we will create updates soon. but it will be a seperate software, with importing facility to migrate to the new version
