I received below message from Google Play, can you guide me how your template collects and share data . Because I don’t share data. Kindly reply faster…
Google PlayDeveloper update Hi Developers at xxxxxxxxx When reviewing your app, xxxxxxxxxxx (com.app), we found that it doesn’t comply with one or more of our Google Play policies, which has affected your app’s status.
Publishing Status App Status: Rejected Changes to your app weren’t published because of the policy issue(s) listed below. If you have an older version of your app, it will still be available on Google Play.
You can learn more about this issue and how to fix it on Play Console.
Go to Play Console
Issue found: Invalid Data safety form The way that your app collects and shares user data does not match your declaration in the data safety form. We detected user data transmitted off devices that you have not disclosed in your app’s data safety form as user data collected.
All developers must accurately declare how their app, or third-party libraries or SDKs collect, share and handle user data.
Check the Google Play SDK Index to see if your SDK provider has shared their data safety guidance. Review how third-party code, such as libraries or SDKs, in your app collects and shares user data.
Issue details
We found an issue in the following area(s):
Version code 9: Policy Declaration – Data Safety Section: Device Or Other IDs Data Type – Device Or Other IDs (some common examples may include Advertising ID, Android ID, IMEI, BSSID, MAC address) Version code 10: Policy Declaration – Data Safety Section: Device Or Other IDs Data Type – Device Or Other IDs (some common examples may include Advertising ID, Android ID, IMEI, BSSID, MAC address) To bring your app into compliance, follow these steps:
Update the data safety declaration to let us know how your app collects and shares user data.
Go to the data safety declaration in App content If you told us that your app doesn’t collect or share any of the required user data types, select ‘yes’ in the data collection and security section. Answer all remaining questions in this step. In the data types section, review all the categories, and select all the data types your app uses Tell us how data is collected and / or shared Send changes to Google for review. Go to Publishing overview. If you want to remove functionality that collects or shares user data that you haven’t declared, update your app and send changes to Google for review.
About the Data safety section in Google Play User Data policy All developers must complete a clear and accurate Data safety form for every app detailing collection, use, and sharing of user data. The developer is responsible for the accuracy of the label and keeping this information up-to-date. Where relevant, the section must be consistent with the disclosures made in the app’s privacy policy.
Please refer to this article for additional information on completing the Data safety section.

Hi! Can you update the data safety declaration in Google Play as requested?
App must use Google Play Billing Library version 7.0.0 or later Status You won’t be able to release app updates Enforced 31 Aug 2025 To provide users with a safe and secure experience, all apps are required to meet Google Play Billing Library requirements. Your app uses an old version of Google Play Billing Library. From 31 Aug 2025, all apps must use version 7.0.0 or later.
Update to a newer version by this date to prevent your updates from being rejected.
How to fix To make sure that you can continue to make updates to your app, you must: Update your app to use Google Play Billing Library version 7.0.0 or later. We recommend updating to version 8 to make use of the latest monetisation features on Google Play Update any third-party SDKs that include the Google Play Billing Library Publish a new version of your app to tracks that you actively publish to Go to Releases overview
Once you’ve done this, we’ll notify you that your app update was successful, and that your app is no longer affected.
how can i remove the billing library? because i am not using it…
Edge-to-edge may not display for all users From Android 15, apps targeting SDK 35 will display edge-to-edge by default. Apps targeting SDK 35 should handle insets to make sure that their app displays correctly on Android 15 and later. Investigate this issue and allow time to test edge-to-edge and make the required updates. Alternatively, call enableEdgeToEdge() for Kotlin or EdgeToEdge.enable() for Java for backward compatibility.
User experience Release name: 10 (10.0)
Hi! This can safely be ignored
Your app uses deprecated APIs or parameters for edge-to-edge One or more of the APIs that you use or parameters that you set for edge-to-edge and window display have been deprecated in Android 15. Your app uses the following deprecated APIs or parameters:
android.view.Window.setStatusBarColor These start in the following places:
com.google.android.material.bottomsheet.BottomSheetDialog.onCreate com.sherdle.universal.util.Helper.setStatusBarColor To fix this, migrate away from these APIs or parameters.

Thank you for the feedback!
Please I’m having this error to upload new version for open testing…
Invalid Data safety declaration You have not let us know about user data that your app transmits off users’ devices.
This means your app may be:
Collecting user data Sharing user data with third parties All developers must complete a clear and accurate data safety declaration which must include:
Information about the types of data collected Details about how user data is used Your app’s privacy policy and data safety declaration information must be consistent.
Where this issue was found Location Evidence Data safety (Device or other IDs not declared) Version code: 8 How to fix Choose how you’d like to resolve this.
Update your declaration Update your data safety declaration in App content to include the missing data type.
Update affected bundles Update the affected bundles in all tracks to make sure you are no longer collecting or sharing undeclared data types.
Think that this is incorrect? If you believe that this issue is incorrect, you can send these changes for review without implementing a fix. If you proceed to send these changes for review, you acknowledge that they may still be rejected.
Please can you help me how I can fix it?
Hi! This is related to your data safety declaration, rather than the template itself. Please update the declaration as requested to get your app approved.

How can I force all links in my website https://www.gloriouslifegospelcenterph.org when the link is inputted on chrome to open in the app not on chrome? What I meant, if anyone install my app on their phone, and they visit my site on Google chrome, let chrome redirect them to the app. Not viewing my site on chrome while the app is installed on the phone.
Thank you
Hi! We don’t have a deeplinking feature as you currently describe.
How can I add privacy policy and terms and conditions pages to the app?
Hi! You could do this by adding a webview page to the menu with your T&Cs
How can I add dark mode features to your app template?
Hi! We currently don’t have dark mode built-in.
Hello
If I delete the AdMob ID (ca-app-pub-3940256099942544~3347511713), the app no longer opens on my smartphone.
If I add it back, the app opens correctly.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Hi! Indeed, the placeholder ID is required to launch your app. So please keep this ID (to hide ads) or add your own (to show them)
Many thanks for your reply
If it can help other users: I added my AdMob code, which means no longer have the consent screen when launching the application (my application is private and not available on the Play Store).
Google has disabled the ads on the app with policy violation. Any solution for the same?

Hi! This is a rejection based on the content you show in your app, for instance the website you show, and not based on the template itself. Please remove any copyrighted or proprietary content and make sure you are the owner of all content shown
If I lock my phone screen, will the station keep playing or stop? Also, do you have next station and previous station button available when radio is playing so I can change to next station and previous station, especially when my phone screen is locked. Thanks
Hi! Yes, the stations will keep playing even if your phone is locked. However, no controls are available to switch stations when the phone is locked.
