I’m reporting a critical issue in the plugin woocommerce-pickup-location.

Inside the file:

wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pickup-location/includes/admin/controller/WPPKPO_Controller_Admin.php

there is the following function:

public function wp_pkpo_custom_fees(){ die(“custom fees”); global $woocommerce; if ( is_admin() && ! defined( ‘DOING_AJAX’ ) ) return; $woocommerce->cart->add_fee( ‘Surcharge’, $surcharge, true, ’’ ); }

This die(“custom fees”) completely terminates execution whenever the function is called.

Since this function is hooked via:

add_action( ‘woocommerce_cart_calculate_fees’, array( $this, ‘wp_pkpo_custom_fees’ ) );

it causes WooCommerce AJAX requests to be killed, resulting in: • Admin pages freezing • Impossible to save products or variations • Impossible to process refunds • UI showing the raw text “custom fees” • Admin only recovers after a hard refresh

This looks like leftover debug code and should not be present in a production plugin.

Additionally, $surcharge is not defined in the function, which would also trigger PHP notices/warnings once the die() is removed.

For now, the only workaround is to remove the hook or override it via an MU-plugin, but this is not a viable long-term solution.

Please confirm if this is a known issue and if a fix/update is planned, as this behavior breaks WooCommerce admin functionality.

We have installed the plugin and configured it for a location so that it can only be used on Sundays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. However, regardless of whether you select a Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday, the message always appears stating that the chosen date is not possible and asking to select another.

Could you please clarify how it works? The documentation provided has not resolved our issue.

Hello How can I change the language to Spanish in the plugin? Because now I only available the following languages: English Japanese French Arabic and others.

It’s important to me because the calendar view is in English. The day of the week starts on Sunday, and in Spanish starts on Monday.

Hi Team, Im having a few issues that need addressed.

- I've added pickup fees to the different locations that i have. However when i get to the cart page, if i select a location it brings up the price, but if i then try to select another shipping method the pickup price is not removed.

- I'm also having an issue where the auto selection of the closest location doesnt seem to be working. Neither does the autosuggest function for the drop down list.

Another issue im having with the map is that it’s showing the wrong data. It seem to pull just 1 description for any of the locations i have, even though in the database they are correct.

Please provide some assistance, this plugin is exactly what i need, but i need it to function properly.

I can’t seem to find the settings to set the price of pickup from each individual pickup point.

I am trying to use these pickup points as depot locations – each one needs a different cost for delivery to that collection point.

Please advise where i can find these settings.

Can different payment option be provided (emailed) based on a customer selected pickup location? E.g. If customer choose location A – they get provided with the bank details ABC or if customer choose location B – they get provided with the bank details XYZ. Possible?

We are having a problem between your plugin and the DIVI theme. Did you test it ? The problem is that when we are on the admin panel to edit a page, a page will open constantly in a new tab. We disabled all plugins and it appear only when your plugin is active.
