GUYS, this update is really nice. Once we figure out how to install it, they’ve brought back artist and track radios. The demo looks great and runs smoothly — the only issue (at least for me) is the installation. I have confidence in this developer, though, so I’m sure it’ll get fixed.
I want to appeal to the developer to fix all the shortcomings as soon as possible because the projects do not work normally and are stable, a lot of errors, many things have stopped working at all, we are waiting for an update!
Just before the update, you had to test everything and then make a release!

I have a problem with all songs uploaded from version 3.1.3 + artist pages – they cannot be downloaded (only listened to), there is no waveform graph, and 95% of the artist pages cannot be accessed. There is also a problem with accessing the Billing page and the Artist page for requests. At least that’s what I can think of at first glance. I hope there will be a solution to these problems after this update.

Card is required, they will be charged after trial period ends only. And yes, there are notifications when trial is about to expire.

I had my original version running great, I saw there was an ujpdate, so I downloaded it and tried to update….long story short, the SD card has now failed, When I try reinstall on a new SD card, I first has the .htaccess issue, which I eventually resolved, but I see I have no install folder, and there is no instal folder in the update (website.zip).
Please can you assist on how to reinstall ?

Update…. started from scratch, I have .htaccess in the root folder as well as in the public folder, I also renamed the env.example to .env and updated the app url. Made the permissions across the board to 777 (folders and files). Back to the .htaccess error again, have followed everything in:

Update 2…. gave up on the Linux install….. Installed on a Windows Server, everything installed, however, when I try activate, I get a Curl error 60 (SSL cert issue).
Let me know once you have resolved it and I’ll try activate again.

You can send a message via that form even with expired support. It’s hard to say what is causing that issue exactly without taking a look at the site.

Not everyone understands the proper operations if you’re running a business, and you’re going to upgrade your live site. You NEVER blind update a live site. You always have a perfect clone of your main site. You don’t have to copy all the music files and such. Just have a clone, and then when an update comes out, you need to have a logical and safe checkoff list. Use “Diff” or “Beyond Compare” and see what’s different. Do this with the files on your local machine. Then go to your clone site and do testing. Figure out all the glitches or unique challenges for your particular site. I’m sure everyone’s server environment is just a little different than others. If you do a blind upgrade without planning it, on a live site, and it fails, then YOU failed not the software or coder. Then coming in comments here and expecting an urgent answer because of your poor operational choices makes you look even worse. Might want to go ahead and eat some humble pie.
We resolved the issue on our end and the platform is now operational again.
That said, this update process was extremely unprofessional. The release caused multiple production-level failures including frontend outages, admin instability, broken media handling, and required manual code intervention to restore functionality.
For a paid product used by an incorporated US enterprise brand, this is unacceptable. Updates should not break live environments, force install loops, or require customers to debug core application logic themselves to preserve existing data and content.
We had to fix this ourselves under pressure while the platform was live, which is both embarrassing from a brand standpoint and a serious operational risk. This reflects a lack of proper testing, migration safety, and release discipline.
You truly get what you pay for — and this experience was a nightmare.
Hi! This latest update is amazing, congratulations! I’d like to know under what circumstances the offline mode can be used? Is it not suitable for use in web app mode? Does it only work if the platform is adapted for native iOS or Google Play applications?

Offline mode does not require an app, it works in any browser (include iOS). It does not work with youtube embeds by default though, as that is against youtube terms of service and not something we can include on CodeCanyon.
But the site doesn’t even open when we’re offline. I tested it and it only works if you’re online to access the site.
Sorry about that, it was disabled on demo site. Can you try it now?
